Nachos azteca. This appetizer consisted of tortilla chips, strips of grilled chicken and steak, beans, Mexican cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. I substituted for the black beans.

Nice Mexican restaurant with cozy vibes. Salsa and chips are provided at the table and were toasty warm. The guacamole appetizer was delicious and made at the table. It’s a very large generous portion size.

The food was meh. The service was very slow and not attentive. No one ever asked how the food tasted, and if it was to our satisfaction. The enchiladas Monterey was disappointing, luckily the peach margarita made it tolerable. The fresh table side guacamole was delicious. Price was reasonable.

Couldn’t believe I wasn’t offered the same service as the white lady that came in after me apparently they make fresh guacamole for a fee of $12 apparently being Mexican coming into this establishment I wasn’t good enough to be offered guacamole service at the table. Like my money spends the same as anyone else. Ended up paying $34.93 for my meal would of tipped but them Mexican servers didn’t deserve my hard earned American money I would never go back.

Picture are basic tacos, which my husband thought was ok. Nothing special but then again he didn’t really order anything too special . As an app we got the Choridip which we both thought was VERY good. It was piping hot at first so definitely give it a few minutes to cool off before diving in, but that molten cheese was soooo good. And then you add the chorizo and pick to it and now the flavors just pop. I got the enchiladas tropicales with steak. Would definitely recommend! It came with rice and black beans…the black beans were in a Joel with their liquid which I don’t love, but I cared way more about the enchiladas anyways. The only thing I’d caution is if they ask you if you want rice and beans, it’s likely bc the meal you ordered doesn’t come with it and they’re 2.75 each. My husband would $5 to have the rice and beans if he’d known that. But overall I thought the food was vey good, the waiter was incredibly attentive, and we got our food very quick!

Enjoyed the fresh table-side guacamole. Don’t worry, as they ask about cilantro preference. Burrito was amazing. Enough for two. Everything came out steaming hot on a busy Saturday night. Enjoyable dinner.

So good! We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. The chips and salsa were fresh and on point. Food came out really fast and it was delicious. I could not wait to have my leftovers the next day.
