Service was slow. Got asked what we ordered just to get the food. No access to napkins or ketchup, no tea. A question for BK. When did a whopper Jr become the size of a slider? And $8?!?!? And to boot, the order was wrong. Glad we’re just traveling through. If not, we’d never come here again.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. The old lady at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no right to terrorize my daughter and scream at her while it’s her fault for not cooking the chicken burger the right away X2. Omg how hard can it be to just fix the order and let the customer leave happy. Poor customer service, poor food quality and poor management.

The manager old lady was extremely rude to us today! I understand she was short staffed. She needs more and better help. This is not the customers fault! We will still be expecting normal service. Old Asian lady can’t hear anything in the speaker, I don’t even know where the speaker is. Was asked what I ordered when it was a mobile order, they should have that on the screen yes? Too many potholes all over the parking lot especially the drive thru. Not sure why they have a speed bump in drive thru I guess they want to damage cars along with the potholes. Will not go there again. Don’t want to damage my car.

Today, I went to the bufar king for the first time, and this lady yelled at me and her attitude was ridiculous. She has no right to yell at a customer especially if it’s their first time or in general. I understand she might be short staffed or something happened but she is still rude, I am not coming here again even if I had to starve.

absolutely disgusted at how we were treated. would give a 0 if i could. me and my friends got there at like 11:30 and they close at 12, ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and an oreo shake. we sat there at the window for 30 minutes with the workers sitting on their phones and not making the order. once we got it, we asked for marinara sauce on the side. couldn’t even get the question out before she slammed the window on us and the other worker flipped us off as we were driving us away. they didn’t even give us the right order and charged us for a root beer that we didn’t even order. i understand it was late, but it does not take that long to make a meal.
