I should have known when I walked in at 12:10 and there were only 2 other customers in the store,(which for this location is never the case) that my visit was going to be a nightmare and I was right. I have NEVER had issues to this degree at this store before, but this was atrocious.

I was picking up and ubereats delivery, around 2pm. The bag was marked 1 of 2, when I questioned where the other bag was they told me it’s all in one! The bag was to light for that to be true. Not sure why the staff has to steal from a customer!

I order my food through the app, normally you would go to the pickup station to grab your food and go but there was no pickup station. So I waited near the register while the staff worked on the other customers food. After she finished with the customer the staff member said she will be right with you. So I waited, only for the other staff member to ignore me, I waited so long that my daughter came in to see what was taking so long, eventually one of the staff members asked me what my order was, I gave her my name and she grabbed my food from up under the counter, so I waited there for food that was already ready, not my best visit. I think I’ll stick to Thomasville road location for now on, the staff members there I kind and everything’s in order.

First time at Moe’s. I ordered Rice Bowl and Salad Bowl. The food was disgusting and inedible. It was very cold, soggy and stale. Nothing was fresh. It was around 7 PM and the African-American server was very unwelcoming, unpleasant, unfriendly and seemed very unhappy to serve us. There was no line behind us and he was rushing us with the order. Couldn’t even order everything I wanted because he was slathering the foods too fast. It looked very unhygienic. Worst experience ever. I am still in shock, I wish I could express what I feel in words.

Place is absolutely absurd for charging 12 dollars for a burrito and NO BEV. I remember when it was literally 7 dollars and now it’s 5 dollars more and the quality now is actually substantially worse . Lady working gave me a legit singular piece of chicken and upon asking for a little more I was told it’d be double. I said sure cause I wanted to eat more than just rice and cheese with a measly 2 pieces of chicken. The “double” was barely a single serving compared to what they used to give out. Won’t be returning ever again for the prices they’re charging i’ll actually go eat somewhere nice.

This Moe’s never includes the chips and salsa or other add-ons for delivery orders. Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, but this happens every time, which makes me think it’s a business practice. It’s lazy at best, scummy at worst. Either way, it’s bad customer service.

Update: ordered online…. big mistake. Everything in the order was wrong, items were not there that was included, and the driver arrived over 10 minutes past delivery time (which is 40 minutes after you place the order). The homewrecker looks like a joey junior and when returning the food for a refund we were told to wait for the manager the next day to “maybe” get a refund. Waste of time and money. Id rather throw it away than eat it at this point but it is paid for and who knows if we would get a refund. We go to moes often but will NEVER be going back again. Save yourself the trouble, I am in food service-i get it but this is ridiculous and I would in huge trouble for this.
