Placed an order at 5:30, they sent it through doordash and at 6:28 it was cancelled.. so I ordered from a different restaurant on doordash and papa johns delivered my food at 8pm when my order was already canceled. They apologized for my wait but when I opened the box everything was cold like it had been sitting out for over an hour. Now they’re offering a 50% discount on my next order instead of a refund.

I ordered delivery last night with two boxes of breadsticks and 6 six sauces. We got the two Marinara sauces that came with it But not the four cheese and two more marinara sauces.
