While I ordered Chicken sandwich, I received steak sandwich but I didn’t see it until I got home. I called the store immediately and I was told we are closing now bring the sandwich tomorrow for an exchange. She didn’t even offer any future credit or offer an apology.

Omg the lady was nice at first, but when I asked if I could get banana peppers and chipotle mayo added to my sandwich, the lady got a little rude. Like, if I’m ordering a sandwich I thought I could add what I wanted, anyway, that wasn’t my problem, my problem was I waited 10 minutes for my big kahuna chicken sandwich only for them to try to make me pay for a philly sandwich. I told her I was sorry if there was a confusion but I ordered the chicken one and she said No you ordered number 56, idk what number she said but I was like um no I said big kahuna chicken, she said no you ordered number fifty something (i forgot the number) I was like I dont even know the sandwiches by number girl, there’s no way I ordered that one. Then she says well she can’t remake it for me because she can’t throw this sandwich away, and I said no I don’t eat red meat I’m not paying for a Giant sandwich I will not eat. And I was like guess now you have to throw it away, and I left. Trying to make me pay for their mistake??? No thank you. I’ll stick to Firehouse and Ikes Subs.

The restaurant is clean, neat, and filled with that distinct deli smell. As of recently the sandwich volume’s have decreased. Although the service is always and still it’s greatest. The quality of the ingredients are delicious and make it unique to other sandwich spots. I would recommend using their app to order lunch and dinner.

From my own personal experience, Jersey Mike’s subs, my favorite. So far being the Philly CheeseSteak on Rose tinged baguette with grilled onions and jalapeños. Their prices are a bit high but the subs are.made fresh every time you order. Nice spot.

Second time at Jersey Mike’s. The quality of the food is awesome…. Chipotle and Big Kahuna Cheese Steak are really good. However, I’m disappointed at the cleanliness of the lobby. Trash on the floor and tables dirty. The location In Arden is a lot cleaner. Hopefully the hire someone to clean it up.

The white girl with tats on her for arms did a poor job in making my sandwich.. I did not get all the meat cuts for the original giant San switch jersey mikes way. This was the worst jersey mikes I been too.. the meat slices were are very thin like my sandwich barely had any meat. So disappointed I have to leave a review! Don’t come here unless they hire a better person to make the sandwiches. The sandwiches should always be loaded and thicc cuts of meat and the right cuts.

Well, I love Jersey Mike’s. Their subs are just outstanding! Let’s see… I had a #6 which is roast beef and provolone cheese. A generous amount of perfectly cooked beef on a rosemary parmesan roll with just the right amount of cheese. Topped with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes then drizzled with vinegar and oil blend. You have a choice of roll. It’s making my mouth water as I write. Delicious! I went to the one at Delta Shores . The store is clean but the parking is the only downside. Trying to get a spot in front or near the store is limited. The staff was friendly and efficient and quite helpful. Am I ready to go there right now??? You bet I am.

6/6/22 My family and came in the Delta Shores store in Elk Grove about 11am. A female worker was cleaning the floor with strong chemicals and moving tables around to do so. You don’t clean when you have customers in the store ordering food. You clean when the store is closed. Also, no paper towels in the restroom and I notified the workers. Bread was doughy too. The store on Laguna is much better.
