This my 1st time getting chicken tenders from Church’s. I ordered 6 chicken tenders. Tenders were good & juicy, could have seasoned the breading. I ordered it w/ white gravy. What I got was ” watery, ” white gravy. No lie. Imagine cloudy, white water w/ no taste. That is what I was given 2 dip my tenders in. The gravy had a very ” watery ” consistency. I have never seen that b 4. Luckily, I go it 2 go & had blue cheese @ home 2 dip it in. Would come here again ? Yes, I hoping the white watery gravy was a 1x fluke if I ordered chicken tenders w/ white gravy again, but only time will tell

What is this??? I ordered the 3 piece leg and thighs but they only had legs which was as small as their brain. Then I ask for medium cajun rice but it’s small as heck…(picture of my order attached) Just terrible. NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN

Well, I already knew it that so many people complained about, however it is the nearest at my working place. It’s an freaking ant in my drink! Over priced. They wanted me to wait 10 mins for my order. I spent over 40 dollars and had to wait…not good business. Plus, looked like managers and upper management were there, and looked dumbfounded when the girl asked me to wait the 10 extra mins for my order. I asked if there were any other places she would direct me to for chicken. Im being generous giving a star to them. Get your affairs in order. If customers are paying then they should always be priority.

Decided I would give Church’s a try even after the bad service I received in the past. I haven’t been since before COVID. I thought it would be different. WRONG! I pulled up today around 10:40am there was a customer in the drive thru. They ordered, pulled around then I ordered. I pulled around and the customer in front of me pulled off real fast and ran over the curb displeased with the service. I had to repeat my order, sat there while the Manager took his time walking slowly to get my order. He put my chicken in a bag when I asked if I could get a box he told me I would have to pay extra. REALLY! I ordered a small spicy rice, he didn’t give me anything to eat with. I said I see why the customer before me drove away angry. I won’t be going back. Hope this helps the next person take their money elsewhere where they will be appreciated.

Bad service. I was there today around 12.30pm. I used the drive through, no one responded or ask me to wait or anything. After couple minutes wait, I decided to drove to the window because there no car there. When I get to window, I saw a guy with headphone with mic. getting food ready, he look at me then continue put the food in the bag and then came outside to give the order to a customer. After that he went back in and don’t where he went. I wait a bit and he still hasn’t come out. I finally give up and drove away. I wil never go there anymore.

Decided to visit last night because doordash was no longer accepting deliveries at the time. The manager was extremely impatient and condescending when I was confused about a special offered on doordash that wasn’t the same when you ordered in person. He cut me off before I finished my order and when I got to the window he was still being short with me and wasn’t even apologetic when he almost didn’t give me back my credit card. He gave me my drinks and told me to go to the parking lot and my order would be out in 5 minutes. Even though he gave no explanation, I said okay and waited for my food. I then watched him serve two cars over the course of 10 minutes. When I saw him beginning to make the drinks for the third car behind me, I decided I would just get a refund. I went back through the drive through and asked for my money back, to which he responded that my order was ready and to go back into the parking lot. I said fine and then spent the next 3-5 minutes watching him make and bag my order that was supposedly already done. When he finally brought the food out, I told him I was unhappy with the fact that he had decided to serve all of these other people and he told me it’s because “the food is fresh.” I then said I’d literally just watched him go down the same line that he used to serve the other cars to bag my order and that there was no reason for me to wait that long when everyone else got their food immediately. Will not be visiting this location again and something should really be done about their employees’ customer service, especially if someone’s the manager of the location.

Service was just okay! Understaffed at time I came in. Cashier was doing her best to handle both window and counter. Building is very old and in need of major upgrades. Food quality was just warm, nothing to brag about. Honestly probably will not be back anytime Soon.
