I went in for a giant Turkey Tom. I asked for added bacon and I was told it would be $14 because it was a giant sub. It would have brought the sum yo $37 online extra turkey and bacon only made my sub $22 and some change.

Really don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant. Really enjoy their food, placed an order for delivery at 12:00, 45 minutes later nothing. Call the store do inquire and was told that they are voiding my order because they have no drivers. I understand issues arise but to wait 45 minutes only to be told they are voiding the offer and only after I called them is poor service. Wonder how long it would have taken had I waited for them to tell me.

We will NEVER order from Jimmy John’s again. They have very poor customer service. The driver wrote all the wrong information down and then wanted to blame it on us. They don’t update their system. Every time we placed an order it would go to my old address first. Austin the manager who was on duty kept hanging up on me when I was talking to him. Patty who was the driver didn’t have any of the correct information and then couldn’t even give us a credit to come pick up the sandwich. Very very poor customer service. The meal was ordered and 2 hours later still didn’t receive anything. Please learn how to take care of your customers and treat them properly if you want them to come back.
