Short review: Excellent pizza… I got an 8″ cheese with two toppings: mushroom and onions… it was delicious and well-sized for one person. The service was also excellent. The young lady at the register was very kind and attentive and even asked me how the pizza was when I walked by to throw out my pizza box. We also went to a nearby starbucks and dunkin’ donuts for my wife and brother-in-law and there was no comparison in the genuine care that I received at Ledo’s!

A young black man with an afro who was the cashier taking my order yesterday didn’t give me back my full change yesterday which was supposed to be $9.67 to be exact after I gave him a $20 bill to pay the total which was $10.33 for a Sausage pizza. He ended up giving me $9.25 instead and had a facetious look on his face while giving me my change. Then he didn’t cook my pizza properly as it wasn’t toasted enough and the cheese was constantly falling off my crust as I was trying to enjoy it.

I liked this pizza. It’s square and it was cooked well. The price is good, especially for an airport and it was hot and ready to go. Perfect for when traveling. Pepperoni and cheese were cooked right. I’d return here.

These people are just not doing their jobs. I ordered from there “grab and go section”. They say it will be 15 minutes. I figure I’ve made a mistake and they need to make it to order. I come back after 15 and ask where it is. They say they forgot to make it. Then I’m like okay when will it be done? And then she says actually it’s from grab and go and gives it to me right away.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken calzone. Pipin hot and delicious. Not sure about the complaints about it being cooked, but maybe should ask to have it extra done. The pizza items run through a preset oven.

First off, the employees barely said a word and I had to wait for then to come out of the back, and then they stated they were out of half the menu, even bread. Just a trash restaurant , with employees that are just as bad. Pizza wasn’t even good.

There is this one guy who is super friendly and good with people. This one girl with red hair is just rude. I asked for the ranch that I had placed with my order and she just threw it at me across the counter and left. One time I ordered, the wings were still cold. And another time, the wings didn’t have sauce on them when I ordered Buffalo sauce. And lastly, topk over 30 minutes for my boneless buffalo wings, and told me at the very end that they were changing to oil. Train your employees appropriately please.

Can’t even place an order. Dude comes from back wanting the music up (which we can hear all the way out in the dining area) disrespectfully talking to the young lady making the food. Multiple people in line not even acknowledged nor waited on yet. Girl making the food is cursing about how she doesn’t even know how the f* to make the stuff. Two girls working on one thing, no one taking orders. Can’t even get to the grab and go part! Passengers only have to deal with this for a moment (which is a disgusting representation of BWI) but then you have the poor airport employees that can’t even get food in a timely manner during their breaks. Sad sad sad!
