Ghetto area! I placed an order on my Little Caesars app and I guess they didn’t see it in their system. I was waiting for half an hour for my notification and I never received it. I went in to find out what was going on and the lady told me there’s so many orders ahead of mine that and my wait time was now 2 hours. I just cancelled my order and it took my bank about 5 days to refund me my money.

Worst experience. 0n 04/28 at 7:50 PM I came to this Lil C. I asked for Crazy Bread and they said they were out. I ordered my pizza and they said 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and asked about my pizza and they said it would be another 30 minutes. I ended up cancelling my order and driving to Yorba Linda. Got my pizza immediately. This is the worst Lil Caesars. Never again. Wasted my time. They were understaffed and disorganized.

Worst service ever fr.They told us 10-15minutes for our 2pizzas, crazy bread, and cheese bread. We stood outside waiting for over 40minutes. Not to mention people who ordered before us STILL hadn’t gotten their food. Then they said they were out of crazy bread to everyone before us so they were trying to offer everyone their zero selection selection of 2 liter sodas. Homegirl at the register wasn’t even acknowledging or apologizing for the wait so I asked for a refund and she kept asking for my order number after not giving me a receipt. And even worse to find out they overcharged me without me knowing because they didn’t repeat my order. I wish I could give 0 stars because that’s what I would honestly rate. Rude workers, horrible service, spend a few extra bucks and go to pizza hut.

“Update” I went to a different location, I got the wrong order after waiting for 30min. Ordered and Extra most pepperoni and deep dish. I got a regular pepperoni and an extra garlic cheese bread in a deep dish box.

Ordered a pizza over the phone which was unnecessarily complicated. Was told it would take 20 minutes, I’ve been waiting for over an hour. Told “5 more minutes”, waited 15 minutes, and told “5 more minutes” again. Finally got it and they still managed to get the order wrong. Would give fewer stars if I could.
