I ordered a pizza tonight and some dessert, get to the place and they don’t have my order. The man had zero idea what was going on? Then my husband goes in and he says “oh it was a mix up we just got the order.” Sorry? How when I called 20 mins ago lol we gave em plenty of time to make the order.. there weren’t any customers in the store whatsoever and when you do walk in, the kitchen/counter is behind some huge TV? Yeah, not ever wasting my time there. Plenty of better “Italian” places around.

I’ve never been served a bad sandwich from this place. I always get their cheesesteak and it’s by far the best cheesesteak experience I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly either as someone who’s worked in food for over a decade and has tried nearly every cheesesteak in the area. Delaware must have a hard time with buffalo wings. I have been to three different places for wings and none have yet to be anywhere near anything that resembles what buffalo wings should look or taste like but Nicks wings are a special kind of bad. You may say that it is subjective but if you had had them I am sure you could agree that they are objectively bad. They were basically rubber and the consistency of the sauce if more that of water than it is actually sauce. The cheese on the pizza is weirdly grainy ? First time I have experienced that. I am ashamed to admit that I ate the whole pizza to myself though.I guess it couldn’t have been that bad but, then again, hunger is the best spice. Even despite having not eaten for a whole day and being desperately hungry from my travels, the wings were still absolute garbage. Like, why do you even bother putting them on the menu kind of bad. There is a time and place for Nick & Joe’s wings and it is never and in the trash.

Sadly disappointed on my last visit. Asked for Hawaiian but with Bacon instead of ham. Instead got ham and bacon. Also, the pizza was poorly cut and the distribution of the ham and bacon was all types of wacky. Normally enjoy their pizza but not this one.

I am so disappointed with the calamari that was just delivered. The breading is heavy, the calamari rubbery, nothing crispy or tender about it. It tastes like cheap frozen food. It’s too nasty to even eat. The marinara is good though, but that was $20 down the drain.

The pizza was mediocre at best (the girl even touched the crust with bare hands before separating it with a kitchen untensil and placing it into a box ). The best part? The tiramisu dessert was COMPLETELY frozen. I saw them take it out of the freezer, put it in the microwave, and then a the paper bag. It was honestly the most disappointing and tasteless snack. I would not return in the future and hope I don’t get sick.

Awesome local spot! The staff are friendly and recognize their regulars. Food is great, delivery is always timely, and tons of menu options! I haven’t found a Buffalo chicken pizza that beats Nick & Joe’s yet.

They have amazing food and just as good service/prices! From their pizza, to their turnovers and strombolli’s, it’s all good! I personally like their chicken finger platter (comes w/fries and a salad!). Definitely a good place to stop by for a quick lunch!
