We ordered a thin crust heart pizza for delivery and it came to us looking like it had been tossed around in the delivery drivers car. We tried to call and they audibly put us on hold 5 times.I waited 10 mins to get on the phone to let them know. I understand that it may be busy but that’s no excuse for the way we received our food. It also looks like parts of the pizza are missing. Disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying the manager offered a $20 credit on next order but long story short they clearly dropped all of our items and couldn’t tell us why are items were delivered in a mangled fashion. I simply wanted to know if any of our food had been contaminated and they couldn’t give me an answer which seems odd (somebody dropped this stuff and won’t confess). Either way, I’m sure it’s fine but as a business owner myself I think business could do a better job with customer concerns. See pictures below.

I’ve always loved Marco’s pizza and would drive pretty far to get it. I was excited they were opening a location in Boerne. I don’t know what they’re doing differently, but the pizza at this location is terrible. I’ve had it multiple times, hoping that it will get better, but it’s just flavorless.

I called In my order Brendan said my order would be ready in 29 minutes . I swear it only took 5 because once I hung up the phone he was ringing my doorbell it was so fast . Brendan was a gentleman on the phone as well very impressed with this place I highly recommend. It food is delicious. And always early .

I don’t know what they are doing in the kitchen, but I only had, cheesesticks with ranch (which I’m pretty sure it was the ranch) and cinnamon sticks last night around 7 or 8, I have been throwing up profusely since waking up this morning. This isn’t the first time their food has made me sick, I didn’t even eat the pizza (which is what made me sick last time). I would steer clear of this place unless you want to be projectile vomiting and uh….. other things out of a different end.
