The girl that took my order at Drive thru was exceptionally patient & helpful. Waiting for my bagel with egg & cheese took pretty long. I also asked to have it cut in half so I could eat it easier and it even said that on the receipt. Nope, waited long AND they didn’t cut it for me. I think this franchise location needs to do some follow-up training with their staff. It looked a bit disorganized.

I used to go here all the time before work, the girls there are lovely. However today, there was someone new & extremely rude, didn’t let me ask questions or talk, I asked if one of the drinks had what I asked for (she didn’t specify the drink) and she reply’s “yeah I don’t like to read off the whole order cause it’s too long but yeah that’s what you got” & I was trying to say that sometimes people mishear so I just wanted to confirm which she replied “yeah I know what you got I took your order” she was also a bit jittery and would sniff a lot (she didn’t seem sick either).

Overall, Dunkin’ donuts is very good on Van Buren The workers very friendly and have great customer service but the air conditioning situation is horrible. Got my donuts and they were all melted because there is no air conditioning in this facility and it’s 97° out these poor workers have to be on the verge of having a heat stroke in here because I was in there for 10 minutes and I was drenching and sweat. It’s so hot in there but otherwise everything else was great just the heating situation.

Went to this location on December 1,2022. Was greeted by friendly staff. Location was clean and not busy. Staff took our order quick and made it quick to. Both coffee’s where amazing better than Starbucks. Also got a croissant maple breakfast was amazing to. Will be back for more food and drinks.

Great donuts, they are not too small like I saw in other reviews, they are pretty average sized for a donut. The employee working there got afraid of a spider which was funny, but overall pretty nice place.

Love the coffee but it’s never consistent. Been here multiple times because I love the avocado toast. They need to speed up customer service. I waited in the drive for coffee over 20 min. The time I wakes inside they grabbed the donuts with a napkin instead of using tongs and i clearly saw the fingers touch the donut. Donut wasn’t for me but for someone else. I like it here but they have a lot of work to do. Hopefully management reads this. For that I give them one star.

Seriously Dunkin Donuts… the first time I received my drink it was so full of ice the straw wouldn’t even go in. I would have had a few drinks and it would have been gone and left with a FULL cup of ice… when I asked to get it with easy ice this is what I got… a barely filled cup. I was asked if I wanted more ice to fill the cup up. Seriously disappointed.
