I’ve had very mixed experiences from this pizza hut in the past, but today, the first OSU game day of the season, we ordered a pizza on the app, went to pick it up and Zac was in the store by himself. He was taking orders and making the food. The pizza was the best one we’ve had from this store! Thanks Zac!

I give this store a less than one star. I don’t order Pizza Hut too often but I can def tell the rudeness and snobby difference ordering from sawmill vs northern lights. It’s actually been much of a difference for other restaurants in Dublin they are much nicer…. But not this Pizza Hut. So I ordered a big box deal tonight abs it gives me the option to get a topping on half. I ordered one pepperoni and banana pepper and one half pepperoni and half cheese… I got a whole pepperoni pizza. So I insisted on ordering it again while on the phones and she said it was me that I did it wrong so I said can you email me proof or I’ll come look at the ticket then she said well it’s the website so basically she lies to me until I asked for proof then blamed the website when I wanted proof. She (violet who said she was the manager) would not compensate me none. My order was 33$ I would have been happy with the 7$ credit or replace my pizza so my 14 year old who couldn’t eat meat could have had something for dinner. I will never order again from here! She said she didn’t know corporates numbers and so I will talk to the gm soon and corporate and I will dispute with my credit card company since I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! The manager at northern lights last year used to help my 20yr old son who was struggling, if he didn’t have just enough she would give him a coupon or what not, very different attitudes!!!! Pizza was not fresh breadsticks unhappy with the experience… wouldn’t have too much to satisfy a customer were hard… like customer!!!! Had to pull pepperoni’s off for him and then he had to get a couple wings which you only get like 5 from my other son when the wings were for him…

Order 3 pizzas online, $33.97, picked them up at the store on sawmill rd, got home and all my pizzas were burnt and not edible at all, they KNEW they were burnt when cutting them and still sold them like that and going as far as distracting me so I trusted they were done correctly and I didn’t have the need to check the pizzas before leaving.. Boy was that a HUGE mistake, the whole experience was a mistake. I tried calling (not able to return to the location as it was a great distance to it in the first place), for HOURS no one would answer at the store and after multiple conversations with the call center I was hung up on, placed on hold for well over 15 mins at least 6 times and NEVER assisted and no attempts were made by anyone to make it right, i called corporate just to be treated rudely and was cut off while speaking, there was nothing done but belittle me and the situation by the lady i spoke to… I will never do business again with this company as they care nothing about quality of their food, customer satisfaction, or respect for anyone!

Do not spend your money here. The other day I got a pizza and had it delivered and gave a $10 tip and the dough was not even fully cooked. The manager said she reversed the charge and gave me a $20 credit. I go to the one on Old Henderson and Kenny and it’s night and day difference. I was one of the first customers and the pizza there is AMAZING!!! The pizza on the left is from there and the pizza on the right is from the Pizza Hut on Sawmill, the one I got on credit after hearing the manager say I used up all my $20 on a special that’s supposed to be $12.

I knew to avoid this location at all costs. With absolutely disasterous customer service with past visits, so much so, that I quit giving this store my business. But, after some time away from Pizza Hut, I thought I would give them another chance. Now, I’m kicking myself for giving them my hard earned money. The employees at this location have never been taught to address the customer. You are awkwardly ignored at the counter for minutes after minutes….after minutes. You just stand there…and stand there. It’s just so weird in there. They see you, but never say a word to you. So weird…..and so akward!! I will NEVER return now. There are just too many other pizza places that are all too willing to accept my money. Good luck Pizza Hut…invest in yourself and try to consider applicants that can, or are willing to understand that customer service is why the customer keeps coming back.
