I love Sonic. I don’t usually come to this location. Tonight I ordered ahead on the APP and waited at the speaker for several minutes without ever being greeted. I went ahead and pulled up to the window. Both the male and female working made eye contact with me, yet still did not come to the window. I waited another 3 minutes at the window with no other cars in front of me and the employees just walking around looking at me! If I would not have already paid, I would have driven off! I only ordered drinks! I will not be back to this Sonic and if you want efficient and courteous service, I don’t recommend you come here either!

Avoid this location like the plague! Food is never good, drinks are subpar, and wait times are crazy long. The whole restaurant has 7 or 8 working stalls out of 30. I have driven off from this location before after waiting 30 minutes for my prepaid mobile order that had one fountain drink. 0/10 recommend. I’ll never be back!

You all are creating a cluster screw of a mess shutting down the stalls and only opening the drive thru. I had two vehicles almost hit my vehicle. Come on why can’t you customers be accommodated. This was beyond irritating because I sat at the stall for about 20 minutes until someone told me something. Happy Sunday I guess.

If I could do -5 stars I would! So I placed my order for a peach slush in order of cheddar peppers through the app. I park in stall number 19 and patiently wait for them to bring my food after I already paid via Apple Pay. 25 to 30 minutes roll around and they said they’re coming out my food food never arrives but the app says that he’s already been delivered . After checking the app and confirming that I paid for it, I hit the button and tried to talk to them. They never even answered the board.

Waited 20 minutes when I’m the only car in the drive through while they’re dancing inside instead of doing their jobs and this is after I waited 10 minutes at the stall with no answer. Get home to find hair in my food, disgusting and horrible service.

Went and got my favorite item, the sauced popcorn chicken meal, I get this one all over town because I drive everywhere, but this one was totally different. Tiny and dry chicken pieces and barely any sauce in the little container. This must be not a corporate location.

Absolutely terrible Friday afternoon customer service. Thank you millennials for reading my order exactly how I ordered it. I said yes, and then somehow removing a sandwich YOU READ BACK TO ME off my total. So I had to re-order said sandwich. And who doesn’t serve ice cream with a spoon? Then when asked for said spoon, no one comes 20 minutes later. My food was ate. My drink was drank. And my ice cream was melted. Thank you sonic, for hiring the bottom of the barrel employees. Do better.
