I ordered delivery at 3 pm. I was waiting for about an hour to receive my food but never received the food. I called because 5 guys doesn’t have cancellations on their website. There was nothing that they did to resolve my issues. It made me upset because I was told to call an hour later like that is to solve anything. This is truly the most ridiculous thing I’ve had to encounter through delivery.

Leaving two stars because the food is actually good but the customer service is abysmal. This is not the first time I’ve come in here to pick up an order and everyone acts like I’m invisible. Clearly they know how to acknowledge their customers because they had no problem immediately acknowledging the man who came in right after me got his fries prepared and he was out the door. But apparently they don’t see me. It can’t be a race thing, it can’t be personal I don’t know a soul in there, but clearly it’s something because like I said this is not the first time.

Delicious but unfortunately getting a meal for 1 here is equivalent to getting a meal for 2 everywhere else. Food is always delicious but $20 for burger and fries is still a big deterrent.

Been going here for a couple years but went in today around 4pm and the staff was awful. There was a guy and two or three women who were cackling the whole time. We ignored it and sat down to wait for our food. We saw one of the girls peaking their head through the window of the kitchen door and cackling and staring at us. Very awkward and disgusting experience. Ruined our day. We should have requested for our money back and left. We wanted to stay and eat but the place smelt rancid of toilet water. Terrible experience.

I ordered a veggie sandwich with grilled cheese for lunch yesterday. The person at the counter charged me for two sandwiches, which I though was unfair, but I paid the amount without protesting. But then Hope who also working there at that time found out about it and decided the extra charge was inappropriate. She refunded me the extra amount. Thank you, Hope!
