I’d rather have my 20 back! This was the first time going to Jimmy John’s. I think it’s trying to be like firehouse subs but they missed the mark. Only one type of white bread and it’s tiny! No toppings. Seriously the skinniest sandwich in history. This is the “giant” size. It took around 45 minutes for them to make this!!! And they made it incorrectly and had to wait longer. There was a nice lady working who did apologize that it was wrong and took so long. I wouldn’t ever consider this restaurant in the future. Save your money or go somewhere else.

Ordered delivery, unwrapped my sandwich to find a long hair laying across the top of it. The hair was actually in the sandwich and so long it stuck out the top. Definitely not my own. Called to get a refund or replacement and the staff was super rude. No apology and tried to just give me a store credit. They actually hung up on me when I told them I wanted my money back.

This is a great place to come for lunch. It’s super fast, very clean, and everyone is super friendly. My sandwich was done before I even finished paying. Freaky fast for sure. Hands down the best Jimmy Johns on the Emerald Coast.

Ordered a Beach Club for my wife, along with my roast beef. She got everything but the Turkey! Don’t remember her saying anything about her’s being vegan..of course we don’t find out till home; may have to stay in line and check the full order now..they usually bring a good game…
