I’ve never seen a fast food staff more incompetent. It’s the closest dunks to my work but I would rather drive to another state for my breakfast. Every time I’ve gone to this dunks they achieve a different level of stupid I never thought possible. You can tell them what you want 5 times and they will still get it wrong. They all fight with each other and talk over each other. It takes WAY too long to get anything. Really makes you wonder what the hell they are actually doing in there.

Coffee tastes great but plan to spend at least 20 minutes in the drive through – and there’s no ability to bail once you pull in. If you place a mobile order for pick up, your coffee will be ready but you’ll need to ask them for your cold food items

Place an order and expect to wait for 10-15 minutes for a coffee. A good pizza shop will have you back out the door with a fresh pie faster than this place. Not to mention the manager was going to bring food out to someone and almost walked right into me. No excuse me. No sorry. Made my coffee wrong. Asked to remake it and I’m almost positive it was taken behind the counter and handed back to me No change.

Should close it down until the owner and staff learn how to run a successful business. Lobby service is awful. It’s like you don’t exist. They service online orders and drive thru first and the hell with the lobby folks. Once you finally order, you have to wait in no man’s land. Grab your coffee before someone else does. Check your order. They have messed up my order twice this week. I’m going to start looking for a new one. Main street is not much better.
