Use to be one of my favorite spot over the years. It’s been a while since I came back. I order the jerk pork but they game me jerk chicken. I did look at the order when I got the food cause it was already bagged up. I drive an hour back home and find its jerk chicken. I called them letting the know the situation mean old lady got on the phone started questions everything. After I prove that I order pork and they messed up, she tell me to put the jerk chicken in the refrigerator and bring it back to show proof. Well lady here your proof I took a picture of it. Bad customers service. I’m done with this place. I had to end up stop another Jamaican spot that better they offer beef patties with Mac and cheese with oxtail in Coco bread at Kingston’s Caribbean restaurant 2100 Candler Rd Suite B, Decatur, GA 30032. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I paid $13 even for a small curry chicken plate. The rice was hard as in it was not done! , the chicken had a good flavor not enough gravy, and the cabbage is absolutely horrible. No flavored and it has mixed vegetables in it when I say its not near seasoned, they can do a lot better they give you a lot of food but it’s not good

The food is descent if you like Jamaican Jerk, however the customer service was extremely dry. The staff didnt greet me at all when I said hi. They gave me a weird look after I asked them a question about the menu. One of the girls was sitting in the chair upfront and I asked her to add something to mh order, she gave me a weird look and said Im on my lunch break. The staff seemed like it was painful to respond back and say have a good day after I initiated it while leaving. Just an overall dry to almost rude customer service experience.

It was my first time visiting and I must say that I will be going back a lot more because I am sold on their ideas and experience. It was refreshing. Social distancing at its best and all was well. The place is neat. The food was delicious and you have a variety of beverages to chose from. As most Caribbean food place, know what you are ordering before you step in line. If you don’t, don’t take their response personal. Just trying to serve the next person especially if there is a long line.

If I had the option of 0 stars that would be it. Just left the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. I had a question that the cashier’s stink response was matched by the owner. The owner’s attitude was worst than her front end staff. I could have cared less about requesting a smaller portion it was how you responded. My money it too much to waste in your establishment. You were right about one thing when you said you couldn’t do any about the service as that would require you to grow. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Been here three times (hoping it would get better) and every time something is stale or not fresh. The patties are hard, coco bread stale and mac n cheese is sour!! On top of that, customer service is the worst. Definitely not coming here again.

First time there off of a referral for the jerk ribs and this is what I got. The ribs were dry and hard. Rice and peas too salty. The cabbage and plantains was the only thing edible and they offer no exchanges or refunds. If that’s the case, let me see my food before I pay. That’s my hard earned money too. Will be disputing payment.
