Manager lied, and had a bad attitude about documenting this location. This is all within the public areas, so it’s all fair game to be documented, and to be used as a review here on Google. This would have gotten 5 stars from the service I received from another employee, but because of the manager’s lying and bad attitude, this is being dropped to its lowest of 1 star. Also, if she doesn’t want the documenting of public areas being done, it shows she has something to hide, because public areas are well within legal limits, so just what is she trying to hide?? I don’t recommend!

I always have to remember that when I come to Hardee’s it is not fast food… because if you treat Hardy like fast food you’ll know that it doesn’t come very fast. However, when my food it arrived it was definitely worth the wait my burgers were juicy the cheese was perfectly melted the sandwich was delicious my curly fries were absolutely perfectly crispy on the outside and just a little mushy on the inside the way I love them.

Good food usually. Sometimes it looks like they threw the burger around the room before giving it to me. Most of staff could use some coaching on talking to a customer with 5 other fast-food choices within the same block. Maybe at least teach them how to smile. I know that they don’t want to work there but I don’t want to think about that while I’m ordering my food.

07/18/19…Very Rude and Unprofessional! Took my Grandson for a quick meal( I should have Cooked at home) Drive thru wait time is ridiculously long. After the long wait the person who appeared to be a manager brought our order out and said to me “I don’t know which is what?” Never Again! Tried to get my grandson what he wanted this morning.If you don’t like your job , Please find another One I costs nothing to be kind.

I ordered my food at 10:09 am I didn’t get it till 10:45am and it was wrong they forgot my biscuits and had sausage instead of bacon. Then my daughters order food 15 minutes after half of their food comes I go and ask about the rest. I get told o you didn’t get it. Just a bad experience and the people weren’t even apologetic about it

Very unprofessional, they complain about the company in front of the customer. They don’t know how to prepare the food that’s on the menu. And very rude to the customer. I heard the manager tell a customer in a very rude way that they’ll just have to wait. It took them over 20 minutes to give me a refund .

I ordered a small coffee and two croissant sandwiches when I opened them they were flat as a pancake and that’s not how croissants are suppose to look. The cashier did not listen when I told him how many sugars and creams I would like and it took them too long for my order throw the whole restaurant away and start over
