We pulled into the drive-thru and there was about 7 cars in front of us. I decided to go in to place a to go order. I had my food quick! The staff were polite and efficient. By the time we’re were leaving they how somehow manage to clear the drive-thru.

What else can I say? Its KFC! They were absolutely slammed but their staff worked around each other at top speed like it was nothing. I managed to get my order within under 10min after walking in, which considering how many customers were ahead of me was far better than expectations. I made special note of one employee, I think she was a manager. I believe her name tag said Maggie or Megan. Was going from working a station herself to helping a couple of, im assuming new hires to keep the pace going she made a poing to say hello to every customer that came to the counter. Even to a couple of kids waiting with their family. With a genuine smile… The only negative I can even think of is entirely my fault. I should have ordered more chicken cause we inhaled it once I got home
