Best experience I’ve had in all of my 32 years. My son’s first birthday was awesome thanks to the hostess Dominique. She was an amazing hostess. The pizza was hot and fresh. Everything was clean. Sanitizer everywhere and actually filled.

Ordering was easy, but there was confusion about how the food was to be delivered to the table. I thought one thing when it was clearly another thing, you have to pick it up from a counter that is hidden behind the soda machine. For someone who has never been in that location or in a chuck e cheese in general. But once that was clear, everything else was smooth sailing. It’s definitely pricey, but the food is decent and tasty. The location is clean and kept in a neat manner. Staff is helpful and friendly, and I will go back again.

We love the pizza. I love that they had enough staff and the games were working. One of the photo rides actually gives you a picture. However, I really dislike when they offer the option for a picture and all you get is a paper with very fuzzy wannabe pictures. I remember two decades ago when their papers actually showed accurate good quality pictures. The ink is horrible. Waste of money on those “games”. I love the way they have the space organized. There were plenty of activities to do in the the party package. I would also say that the rewards on exchange for the tickets have gotten worse over time. They have a better selection than other places, but still not what it used to be. I miss when they used to have the toddler area, also the gym set is no longer available at most chuck e cheese’s and heart broken when they got rid of the pit ball zone. That pit ball area was my favorite as a kid. I understand that it’s not very sanitary though… Other play places have it and maintain it so I know it’s doable. Because it is pretty pricey to eat and play for a family of 5. So when the play cards are done… There’s no other options to enjoy the place.

Went today with my family. The kids absolutely loved it and so did we. It was super great and clean! Tons of fun new games. It is pricey but well worth it and fun. Staff was amazing especially Danny super cool guy. Definitely will be going back.

Chuck E is just not the same, there’s no joy in the character. Food is the same, so so, but what really got me is the cost to play and you can only play with a card. AND… No more dispensed tickets… Too bad

I had previously rated another Chuck E. Cheese location and gave low rating. Because I have a small child I was forced to visit another Chuck E. Cheese but a different location in what we call a nicer area of the inland empire. I was very impressed with this Rancho Cucamonga location, as I walked in the place seem super clean and not smelly at all. A factor to take in to consideration is that I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were hardly any kids there. I met a lady manager that was friendly and was visibly walking around talking to customers. The staff was also friendly and eager to help. The salad bar looked fresh and appealing. I was given information about their birthday party celebration and I gotta say they have great party packages at an affordable price. One of the main thing that impressed men was that this location has a bumper-car ride which in my history of Chuck E Cheeses I have never seen one which was super cool and the kids seem to enjoy it. I only spotted one machine that was not working which is progress compare to my previous review. When I visit places that appeal to children I always look for cleanliness, safety, is it actually kid-friendly etc. Overall I was convinced that this was the location for me.

I do not recommend this location half the time the games are broken, and the staff is unhelpful in solving any issues you may have. So overpriced for a whole lot of nothing. I wish this franchise would try upgrading, get some better games, and better entertainment. For the price you pay, you deserve more.
