I haven’t even had a chance to try the food as it is clearly not the food I ordered. I have dietary restrictions (not by choice) so I ALWAYS make sure to order the food that’s appropriate for me. Secondly my partner and I are at work, we got a 911 call so I was unable to check my food until now, I will take some accountability for that. Lastly, if I was a person with a food allergy to Mayo, gluten, egg or any other ingredient I would experience a mild reaction at best, but it could be deadly to some. Now I’m out Vegetables and instead of Beef I have crispy chicken and I can’t even eat the 2 scoops of Macaroni salad. That’s without mentioning that my partner also got the wrong plate of food and because of work we are forced to deal with it. Please start training your employees to check and double check the food they send out before someone gets hurt. Maybe next time I’ll have nicer words but for now I’m highly disappointed in the quality of service I’ve experienced today.

Has and I think will always be my favorite food place to get some spicy chicken, I gotten their bbq chicken and their ribs but the island fire chicken has always been my go to. Comes with 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop macaroni. Their macaroni is always a hit or miss. But it’s a hit it’s so delicious!!! At the Bottom of the chicken you get veggies( cabbage/broccoli and some other)

The food and service was pretty good but my complaint is about the worker in the back with a collared shirt and tattoos. He was yelling at the girl in the front with tattoos about how he can fire her and was even saying no no words to her in front of my children. I even saw someone ask her if she was Okay and she said yes. This is unacceptable behavior and me and my family will not be returning because I don’t condone this type if behavior. She was only doing her job and was very nice. He was saying horrible things to her and she all she was doing was taking the insults, poor thing.ANYONE with children, just drive 10 min extra because the atmosphere is NOT okay!!! I hope something can be done about this. There was many other people inside and he was still yelling. Thumbs down…

First time here at this establishment the decor is very well executed customer service is absolutely terrible. The cashier seemed very irritable don’t know if she was having a bad day we tried to order quickly and this was our first time eating here. So we ordered our food and waited . Other people came in and ordered and they received their food rather quickly. Ours seemed like it was sitting out because when we got our food it was really cold . Not really worth a trip to come here. Very disappointed in the food lack of flavor lots of cartilage in the beef. The fried shrimp batter was not cooked thoroughly. The spam masubi I seemed a little discolored to me so I did not eat it. Wasn’t really cleaned either. Overall this experience left us disappointed it lacked and was basic. Save your money.

I’ve met and have lived with islanders and they serve you plates a mother would be proud of. The food is good. They care more about giving you half spoons of food than actually making you want to come back. I understand its a business. However, the food business has to live up to the culture it represents in my humbled opinion. Food with Love always brings people together. Great place but the culture is getting lost in the portions.

I’ll have to give it another go based on the reviews. When I hear Hawaiian chicken it immediately made me think of sweet chicken with a side of macaroni salad. Put your mind more into chicken teriyaki bowls with a side of just okay macaroni salad. I’m not macaroni salad person but I do like the store bought Reser’s so comparing the 2 I would say Ono’s is a warm one with not a lot of flavor. My co workers swear by it however.
