I just had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s. They were out of regular French bread and stated this however stated they had wheat or slim bread. I told them I was fine with wheat but when I received my order, it was regular bread, not French style bread and I told them I didn’t feel comfortable paying this amount for regular bread and that I was under the impression it was still French styled bread that was wheat. I told them I would keep it but would like a small discount or even possibly a bag of chips since it’s not my fault they were out of French bread but that I was expecting French styled bread that was wheat. I overheard the manager, Daniel Lopez, state he would take food back and refund but didn’t even apologize or try to rectify this situation with an alternative solution. I feel it was very unprofessional and at minimal, he should of spoke to me or even offered something… a drink, but I suppose an apology wouldn’t work either. Highly disappointed and sad I didn’t get my sandwich.

Give it a miss. I ordered a sandwich, almost $20 with a drink, chips and delivery fee. 1 hour later, no sandwich. I called the store no less than 14 times. As a teacher we don’t get much of a lunch break but mine has come and gone.

I never post reviews as they seemed to be a waste of time, but this incident was so frustrating it couldn’t be ignored. This was my first visit to Jimmy John’s. I was excited to try a new sandwich place. Unfortunately, when I walked in I was completely ignored. I attempted to address the 4 different employees all standing behind the counter. They ignored me. Had it been busy or a large volume of people in the drive through, I might have shrugged it off. However, there wasn’t a single person in the drive through or in the shop. When I asked if anyone was going to take my order two of the guys just looked at each other and laughed. I turned and walked out. Luckily there was a Subway a couple hundred feet away. If this is the quality of employees they tolerate how could the food be any good?

I like coming here at my lunch time. Today I did curbside pick up. Well, I couldn’t park there cause the line was super long for the drive thru. They should move it to a different section of the restaurant so it can be more accessible. Another thing I noticed, my sandwich was kind of skinny, it didn’t have enough turkey meat or veggies. I paid almost $12 for a slice of turkey ham and bread, it did has a lot of mayonnaise. At least add more veggies. I don’t know if I’ll come back.

Customer service at this location is awful. Long wait time. Unfriendly and unknowledgeable workers. The rewards expire so fast you can’t even use them. Plus they wanted to charge me for a cup of just ice. I am giving up on this location. It’s far from the fast food and service that it used to be.

They never updated my online order, I waited 40 minutes until I decided to go into the store and ask for my order, which was actually ready and incomplete, 40 minutes for two sandwiches, I don’t think I’ll ever return

I love Jimmy John’s, but this location continually provides bad service. They ignore my requests for napkins and cutting the sandwich in half in every single delivery order. I’ve ordered three times a month for the last two years. Unfortunately, this location is the only one that delivers to my house.

Changing my review, used to be 5 star, but the staff they had at least today was taking only one drive thru order at a time and finishing that order before they would take another. And even then they were moving so slow. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to order one sandwich with chips. And no one came inside the whole time I was there. So 3 drive through orders takes 15 plus minutes now for sandwiches?
