I placed a mobile order, when I walked in a few minutes later there was no one there – working or in line. My drinks weren’t ready. An employee finally came up at the same time someone got in line to order. She took their order and made their drink. As I was still waiting two more people ordered and got their drinks. 15 minutes later she started making my drinks. I had ordered two crafted presses – mine was right but the second one was absolutely awful, it was not made right whatsoever. Waste of money and time – skip this location and go to a different caribou.

I have visited this Caribou twice and have been extremely annoyed after I have left both times. Both employees in my two separate visits have been rude, slow, and seemed to care very little about their job. They both gave me minimal whipped cream which was obnoxious as I am a whipped fanatic. I think that if you want good service you should just go to the Caribou across the street by Cub, that one is a million times better.

If i had a choice this store would get a -5 for the service i got today around 11am i was in line waiting to order but the emplyee an older man was serving a lady then it was suposed to my turn to order the 2 drinks i wanted. But that didnt happen another man came up from my left and started asking about coffee which i was fine with until i relized i just got overlooked by 2 old white guys. Is because im a pacific islander with a mowhawk…….. I think so
