Big fans! We stayed right next door. Stopped in for a quick drink and snack. Lovely conversation with our bar tender and manager, Maddie. Great guacamole and fresh baked corn chips due to a gluten allergy. Loved the creative tequila infusions and creative drink menu. It’s a fun environment and I can tell the employees enjoy the environment, too. Check it out, especially if you enjoy a great margarita!

Love this Lynchburg Taco restaurant. We travel from NC to VA a couple times per year and we were lucky enough to find this jewel about 5 minutes off the highway. The back deck is dog friendly. Tacos are eclectic and done very well. You like tequila? They’ve got you. El Jefe is a must when in Lynchburg or driving by. Cheers!

Really cool looking little place but very limited menu and the enchiladas we got weren’t good but the chips and queso were fantastic. We didn’t get good waiter service which was annoying maybe they were short staffed. Definitely wasn’t good enough for a repeat visit. Oh and I wasn’t expecting plastic cutlery it was pretty impossible to cut my enchiladas with a plastic fork. Queso was served in a Styrofoam take out container? Idk it was an weird.

3.5 is more fair. The staff at the location was very friendly and personable. The interior and bar set up looked like a a good place to sit and drink. I ordered food to go so that wasn’t part of my experience. Overall, the food was lackluster. Portions are fine, you get value for the cost, but the tacos in particular were nothing to write home about. Decent amount of filling but kind of bland. I had tried multiple different ones as well. The nacho order was actually pretty good but I’d recommend skipping the added protein as it is a small amount added and it isn’t needed for the nachos to be good. The chips and salsa (come free with a meal on Tuesday) were actually great. I recommend those. One of the better salsas in this area.

Patio is dog friendly. That 5 stars right there. Waitress was thoughtful and not pushy, but proficient. Always good meal will be back.

We ended up here a little by accident and walked in the door one minute after they opened on a Sunday morning. It turned out to be a great choice! The staff was very pleasant and helpful and service was fast. The place was clean with an interesting decor. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The nachos were warm and the queso was cheesy and delicious. We bought more, needless to say. The breakfast tacos were so good, it almost defies comprehension! The one stuffed with potatoes makes a full meal in your hand. That’s said, we each ate multiple tacos and left stuffed. Truly that good.

My partner and I really enjoyed the taqueria! We had the chips and salsa, a flight of Cabo Wabo tequila (especially enjoyed the anejo), the daily taco special, and one each of the ribeye and blackened tuna tacos (tradicionale). Food arrived quickly, and everything was excellent. We plan to go back on our next trip.

Great little place. Reminds me of a hidden gem in a big city. It is sister to Mucho in Danville. Good taco tequila bar. Nice indoor decor and view from large back deck. Limited seating indoors due to the narrow building space. Dog friendly back deck. Limited on-road parking. Nearest public lot is only a short block down.. easy walk.

My dining experience here was whelming. The chips, although freshly made, were unevenly and over seasoned with salt. One side is edible and another few chips would be so salted that it was almost inedible. The salsa was not good. Some of the pictures of the salsa on here have a rich vibrant red, but what we had was very watered down. It tasted like blended tomatoes with one seasoning or onions or jalapenos. Put the music list on songs like merengue or bachata to improve the Latin atmosphere.
