Philly Shop & Co. is unlike any other sandwich shop in Gillette, WY. Not only are we home of the original pork belly Philly, but we also build and serve our coffee and subs out of a totally customized building, built out of several recycled shipping containers. Our mouthwatering menu will keep you coming back for more.
So if you need some caffeine, we offer drive-thru coffee to-go. Enjoying a cup of coffee along with our Original Breakfast Philly is the perfect way to start your morning.
We will be open Monday-Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. so you can enjoy a Philly cheesesteak as often as you want. Stop by our sandwich shop as soon as we open our doors.

I just went in and got a Mushroom n Swiss with Onion Rings and it was definitely delicious and I spoke with the new owner and he was real down to earth and he was very receptive to my thoughts and feelings. All the changes that was made was due to Consistency and Customer Service and not profit margins. The staff was very polite and professional and I’ll definitely will be going back real soon.

Being from philly we had to stop here and give it a try! Honestly I was so surprised at how good it was! The bread was on point! You could tell the steak was of good quality and not cheap thin steak. And the American cheese was also on point! Really made me feel like I was back home! And the fries were very well seasoned just how I like em!

Had a mixup with a order after getting home. I called down to the store and let them know what happened and they instantly took charge and the manager himself made a new one and hand delivered it to my address. After receiving the new one I then got a call from the gal I orginally spoke with and she called just to make sure everything was made correctly and that I received it. Huge shoutout to the Philly Shop and its current management!

I got the classic Philly sandwich. Having lived in Philly, I would say the sandwich is a close representation. I knocked off 1 star because soda was dripping from the side of the cup when they handed it to me in the drive-thru. They could have wiped it off. I knocked off another star because I asked for no peppers and it was loaded with peppers. I had to pick ’em off. I knocked off an additional star because the onion rings had a funky taste. My meal cost about $15.

New owner just as bad food. Having lived in Philadelphia I know what a “Philly steak sandwich” should look, feel, and taste like and this is not it. The sandwich I received had granular meat not shaved ribeye chopped into ribbons.

My husband and I visited this restaurant in December during our vacation. Such a unique building! Food was amazing! Staffs were beyond above with customer service! The manager I believe her name was Cecelia introduced herself. She is such a nice young lady! Definitely will see her again.
