Not sure what’s going on at this store. A few months ago I order a whopper jr with cheese through drive through. When I opened my burger the cheese was missing. They never gave me a receipt, but I parked and went in to ask if they could put cheese on it because I hate it plain. The girl at the counter had an attitude and told me I hadn’t asked for cheese and I know I did. I also paid what I always pay for that meal and she was charging me extra for the cheese. I don’t like being confrontational so I just paid for the cheese…again. TODAY I came back and asked for the same meal, “Can I get a number five with cheese no pickle.” As the guy keeps asking what size combo, sauce, etc, I notice he put heavy cheese-2 slices and I’m being charged more than what I usually pay. I point that out and they blank out the screen and say they’ll fix it. They never did. When I pull up there’s a female at the window who hands me the soda and keeps her hand out for my card. I ask her how much because I was being charged extra for extra cheese I didn’t want, but she takes my card and closes the door on me as I’m speaking. Mind you, I’m not a person who speaks in an unkind tone. So I don’t understand why she was so rude to just shut the door on me that way. They gave me my food as I asked for the receipt. She tossed it in the bag but gave the guy who took the order the bag to give to me before they opened the door again. When I checked the receipt, the charge for two slices of cheese was still on there. I just drove off, but I am very angry at how I was treated. Twice I’ve paid for extra cheese that unnecessarily and when I asked nicely I was treated poorly. As a past team member (I worked in a BK as a teen for three years) you need to train your people to do better. I think today is the last time I’ll ever come back to this particular store. No ketchup?! I understand if packets are not available because of shortages. But a whopper without ketchup? And I ordered heavy ketchup and they didn’t tell me until I already paid?! No marinara cups for mozzarella sticks. Diet Coke? Out. Caffeine Free Diet Coke? Out. Coke Zero? Tastes like it should be out. No BBQ. No Honey Mustard. Dirty Tables. No lids. Chunky Humid Salt Packets. Beverage area was messy. The offer didn’t come with drink. Never offered one either. Burger patty was not the regular whopper. I’m sure it was the impossible whopper patty or. Some other low quality facsimile. Ordered cheese. Didn’t pay for it, but more importantly, I didn’t get it! This Burger King is due for a rehab it’s running on life support. I can not understand why employees are allowed to keep AirPods in their ears while they work. They don’t even try to hide it. They’re talking to someone else and it’s easy to think they’re talking to you. I’m not going back to this location. It’s a dumpster fire.

Aside from this burger kings own unique problems, the company as a whole charges about double what they’re food is worth. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants. Was charged $4.91 and then see I have one sandwich, which was what the receipt confirmed. What happened to 2-for-$4? A 250% price increase isn’t that satisfying even if the breakfast wasn’t 3x as salty as the lunch.

Screen not working! No one greets you! Your asking if they are ready to take my order.. when your placing ur order by meal number your waiting for them to say what type of drink. When they dont you proceed to say hello.. they are like Im waiting on your drink order!!! Very rude!

Either get more staff or make sure they know how to properly make use of their time. There’s no reason I need to stand there at the register for 10 minutes while there’s not a single person in the restaurant and two cars in the drive through. I wasn’t even acknowledged as I stood there. I left. Won’t be back

We ordered mobile order and paid by credit card We did not get are order on the drive through when we showed the order number and they said it was not there. On the drive through work absolutely not responsible and respectful personal. They could understand nothing. I tried to said the number on the order desk but they couldn’t understand sixty six. Also they were rude to me. When I came through the manager didn’t say his name and names who were rude. But what I asked him. He how their example couldn’t talk good. He was more rude. When I asked asked for a refund, he refused me. Thus my children were left without lunch and I was without my money. We went to Mcdonals and get our meals without any problems. Better have dinner with clown than with the king. Strongly not recommend this restaurant. Absolutely disappointed.

February 12th about 1:00 1:15. I ordered a chicken Junior and got home and it was a chicken sandwich covered in barbecue sauce and onion rings. Had to repeat myself three times at the ordering thing outside to give me a moment to order and then the young boys were joking in the background saying Oh I thought she was saying I want six Whoppers like it was funny I could hear what they were saying. And the order wasn’t even correct. Could it hurt to listen and pay attention and get something correct that simple. I maybe should stop coming here because the quality and service just keeps getting worse and worse it seems.

My impossible whopper was absolutely disgusting. I am attaching a picture to this review because I hope this doesnt happen to someone else. It was completely covered in ketchup and mayo and the impossible patty was burnt and hard as a rock. I lost my appetite after 2 bites. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The only good thing about my experience was the guy at the window was nice.
