The Spicy Hunan Style Beef was recommended to me by the Assistant Manager Christopher Jones and it was excellent, two ladies could easily share that dish and be super satisfied! And look at that custom margarita There was an hour and a half wait at 6pm with no reservation but they were willing to get me into bar seating within 20 minutes; which was great to still be able to watch the game but in a nicer restaurant setting than the casino floor. Food was fast and fresh ingredients, actual quality! Thank you so much!!

I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars across the board however my most recent visit was probably my last. I came in at a quarter to 5 as a party of two, was asked by the hostesses if I had reservations and when she learned I didn’t, she said that she said she couldn’t seat us, that preference was given to those with reservations. When I persisted, having never needed a reservation in the past, she said could seat us at the bar. Not a table though, that the tables were only for people with reservations. She was rude and condescending. My mother is 73, I couldn’t imagine her enjoying an expensive dinner perched atop a tall bar chair. We begrudgingly agreed and were sat with an attitude at the bar. We ordered a drink and I hopped online to make a reservation for 45 minutes later. The tables in the bar sat unused while we waited for our reserved time. When we were seated we noticed half a dozen empty tables in the main dining room and when we left there were still three that had sat empty the whole time. The bartender, Melissa, was phenomenal though. She had a great attitude, provided exceptional service and mixes a mean margarita. The food and atmosphere are good if you can get past the hostess stand.

I’m here at Fantasy Springs casino where Joy is located. We wanted to order to go and were told they are too busy to place a to go order. They asked if I can come back in 30 mins to order. What kind of people are running this place. I have eaten here numerous times, both seated and to go and never seen anything so lame. I wont be back.

We came here after a day in Palm Springs before going to the casino. The portion sizes were decent for the price, and Laura was attentive to every need we had. The green curry with chicken was solid, the spice could have been better. Others were extremely pleased with their dishes. Would definitely come again!

Bring your appetites plenty of food and great drinks!!! We had dinner here before the concert and I highly recommend making reservations since it gets crowded. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. I will be going back.

Food was great, but poor service. They had more staff then they knew what to do with, so no excuse why they are so disorganized…plus the hostesses were rolling their eyes at the manager up front as soon as we walked in to be seated. Wait staff was kind but Slow and they forgot our appetizer which was the Dimsum and one of the main reasons I chose the restaurant to go there and try it. Meals & drinks good when they came but kind of disappointing for such a higher level place at that local, and a birthday celebration.
