Staff is friendly and they offer a first responder and military discount. Food is pretty good. My family likes most of their breakfast sandwiches and their fried chicken dinner meal with sides and a half gallon of sweet tea.

Hardees has always been slower than slow, but today takes the cake. I ordered 3 ham biscuits, 1 with cheese and 1 as a meal. I received a steak biscuit with cheese and 2 ham biscuits, that the biscuits were well done. I had to make 3 trips to the counter to get my order correctly. And to top it all off I asked for a couple napkins on my last trip to the counter and was given 1 napkin. I repeated may I have some napkins please. The response I received was we only give one napkin per biscuit, so I told her well I ordered 3. She stated that it was managments rules. How absurd and utterly ridiculous. Several other patrons to this restaurant this morning were not amused either. It takes 3 napkins to get the grease off your hands as thin as they are. Have a great day.

Lunch and dinner is better time bc breakfast I was missing half of my order, I love going to Hardee’s in Louisa bc the staff is amazing, the manager Paul, and Taci, and the crew Mariah and Kyle are all amazing they do everything I ask and are so kind, yes,the rest of the staff are cool too, my experience here was awesome

Sunday 12 noon. entered resturant, stood by the cash register several minutes. employee was putting up cups. did not even acknowledge my presence. No one else in resturant or in the drive up lane. i left because no one woulld wait on me.
