The lady (Taylor) I spoke to was super short with me and told me I was unable to get the New york style crust with the pizza I wanted. But I have been able to do the same thing at multiple locations. The one just down the road told me that was fine and did it for me, no problem. When I let her know that they would. She said welp we don’t do that here.

Wow what a disappointment..We have been coming here for years….We ordered an all meat and a chicken bacon artichoke…not sure what we got but it definitely wasn’t an all meat. Whatever it was had salami, mushrooms and bell peppers. And the other pizza was supposed to have chicken but I didnt see any. Not impressed at all and the quality seems to be diminishing.

This was our first time in this particular location. We have been to numerous other Papa Murphys and they are uniformly comparably good. In this case the exterior electric signs did not work which made it almost impossible to find. The employee there seemed oblivious to this issue and when told did not think it was a problem.

There are two Papa Murphy’s in the Gig Harbor area: (1) Point Fosdick and (2) Borgen Blvd. I will always order from this particular store. I am a long-time customer who likes thick/braided crust pizza and the employees at this store always double check my order. Between the two Papa Murphy’s in the Gig Harbor area, this is the only store that will do thick/braided crusted pizza. I feel appreciated as a customer.
