I just came from there a few minutes ago, this review is well overdue. The food is good, but the serving portion by the employees is simply ridiculous for the price. Like I get they are to make every spoon count, but they should be more realistic on what they are serving paying customers for their hard earned money. I have been to a few locations and this is the worst on what they are giving you. It’s ridiculous! I wish I didn’t start eating my food so I could show what they actually gave me, like what!

Guy that was working lied multiple times about the availability of condiments and food after I had already ordered a family meal. I waited a half hour in the parking lot and got brought food with no condiments no cookie once again …I asked again I was brought 2 packs of sauce for a family meal then….. went inside and They changed their mind after being told corporate was called and tried to give me what I asked for after they were informed !!!it was wierd ????? because the condiments I asked for was sitting next to the register and the food was in the tray cooked I dont know why they didn’t want to sell me food or provide condiments I don’t understand the reasoning and got alot of sideways answers and lies by far the most awkward experience I’ve had with a restaurant in my life

Don’t come to this restaurant unless you are coming at least 20-30 minutes before hours of closing, otherwise they won’t have any food to serve you. We stopped by the drive through at 9:15pm and was told there was no more food to serve. There hours of operation are listed until 9:30pm. Either change your hours of operation or be prepared to serve someone during your hours of operation, it’s actually ver simple. These companies are allowing their workers to be lazy and start packing up 30 to 45 minutes before closing, which is wrong.

Restaurant is always clean, food is always fresh and hot. I had one time when I wasn’t satisfied with the Beijing beef but they replaced with no problems. The employees are cool but are kind of like robots when it comes to customer service. I eat here often now

When food is actually available, it is decent. I once visited at around 8:30pm (they close at 9:30pm), and noticed many of the entrees were missing and a lot of people waiting for food to be made so I left. Today I placed a mobile order at around 8:15pm, and then received a call from the store saying that I have to cancel my order because they don’t have the entrees I ordered and they won’t be making anymore since they are closing soon. They close at 9:30pm…why stop making food so early?? They also told me they cannot cancel my order and I have to do it. I looked up how to online and it says to call the store to cancel or the app. The problem with the app is the store marked the order as “complete” so I couldn’t cancel. Why do that when they didn’t complete the order? Confused I called the store back and they gave us another number to call besides the corporate number (which was unresponsive). I asked why they stop making food early and the employee explained that even though their drive thru remains open till 9:30pm, their lobby closes at 8:30pm so they stop making food at that time. They need to either continue replenishing food till the drive thru is closed or close both the drive thru and lobby when they no longer want to replenish food. The way they have it is just misleading to the customer. There also needs to be a more efficient way of canceling orders when the item is not available. It shouldn’t fall on the customer to deal with this complication. I would avoid ordering online at or after 8pm cause it’s a pain to cancel the order…we won’t be able to call corporate till tomorrow due to them being closed.

Terrible service the guy running the drive thru acted like I was an inconvenience refused to give any sauces until I went inside after the drive thru I never got a reciept it was the worst panda express experience in my life I love the company and the way things are usually done I have been a long time customer but I know never to visit this location again it was just down right wierd and strange the way I was talked to and treated if I was the owner or the person that trained these people I would be completely embarrassed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been there 4 times this month.. different days, different times. They have been “out of” white rice, grilled chicken and angus steak each and every single time. The fountain drink machine has been out of order for who knows how long too. The sign in the drive through doesn’t even turn on for at least a month, which I guess is fine since they never have any food!
