Very helpful and friendly staff. The food is what you would expect for a greasy food joint, but they do it right. We’ve tried their fat sandwiches and while they are overwhelming and tasty, we went simple this trip and stuck with a burger and a Philly with an order of mozzarella sticks. The burger was good sized and juicy with all the fixings. The Philly was good, but I did think it needed a little more cheese. However I will just order extra cheese next time. The cheese sticks were good but a little pricey for the size of the cheese sticks. Overall, if you really are wanting greasy food, this is your restaurant or if you just want a good quality meal with good service, you can go here.

Did not know this place existed! It’s a little on the pricey side. But worth it. It’s a Golden Cheat meal! The burgers are well seasoned. The tenders were juicy and saucy. Fries crispy. And the chocolate milkshake was a sweet add on.

I have ordered here many times and never has it been this bad.i ordered a large onion ring, and only got 12. 7 dollars for 12 onion rings. Also burger didnt have any ketchup or mustard, which i had selected to add. As well as the tomato looked old, and had a single pickle on it.

I went there as a FIRST EXPERIENCE to try their food and I would give a ZERO star if possible! First of all, I waited 25 minutes to get my order even taken because everyone was in the back laughing. 2nd, I paid $28 for barely any food WHICH HAD A HAIR IN IT! I asked for a refund and I have still not received it!!!!!! They picked the hair out in front of me AND STILL TRIED TO SERVE IT!

I want to give a 5 star so bad, but I will say everything on the menu is delicious EXCEPT their bone in wings. It’s literally skin and bones. Barely any meat in the chicken, and it’s super salty. I like to give destructive criticism when needed and I’m pretty sure others can agree about the chicken. The tenders are delicious but the BONE IN needs to be removed from the menu or they need to improve. Btw they have excellent customer service and the restaurant is so clean!

So I went to fat shack at 10:00pm. As per usual, they were out of a lot of things. That is fine, I know they get busy during the day. But what isn’t fine is that I waited almost an hour for my one sandwich, and they didn’t even make it correctly. Not only did my sandwich not have bacon, or mozzarella sticks, but I asked for regular ranch instead of Buffalo since I can not handle anything spicy. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was literally pouring with sauce. I couldn’t even see the contents. But it had Buffalo ranch, AND regular ranch. It looks like they tried to cover up that they accidentally put Buffalo on by covering it with a ton of ranch. I couldn’t even finish it because of the copious amount of sauce and it was burning my mouth because of the Buffalo sauce. A huge disappointment.

I ordered for the first time from here last night through Door Dash. It took the Dasher a while to deliver due to other stops along the way but when I got my food I was pleasantly surprised at how warm the burger was, fries and onion rings were still crispy. Food was on point and the homemade ranch dressing is bomb.

I was in the area and I wanted a good cheese steak and surprisingly this place has it all. I ordered the cheesesteak with chicken fingers potatoes and it was delicious. It was a very filling sandwich and the price was really reasonable. I will definitely come back when I’m in that area again because they have a really good cheesesteak.
