I went to waffle House in between classes around 1:00 p.m. with some friends as soon as we walked in waitress told us that they were not taken any orders at the moment to come back at 2:00 The bar was open and everything. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but this was very disappointing.

Came to Waffle House with my friends to have a meal after a great night. After not being greeted or acknowledged, we sat down to dine in and proceeded to wait for 10-15 minutes to be served or even spoken to. Neither of those things happened, so we decided as a group to leave and eat elsewhere. Not a single employee acknowledged us as we left. Not acceptable. Highly disappointed. Especially with the fact that other individuals were being served as they entered. I will be taking the extra trip to a different Waffle House location from now on. I didn’t appreciate the treatment we received at all.

The staff at this Waffle House is horrible! The waitress we got had an attitude as soon as we walked in. We did get our drinks but had to wait for her to come back and get our order, which would have been okay, but when she came back, she put her note pad on top of my silverware. When I asked for extra cheese, she was rude about it and then as I went to tell her what my daughter wanted to eat, she just walked away, to complain about us. We then decided to leave and tried to pay for our drinks, the kid at the register asked we had a ticket and she yelled across the restaurant “they don’t have a ticket!”. We will never go back there!

The reasons I give a one star is everytime my dad come and gets mine and my nieces breakfast on Saturday mornings we BOTH HAVE EGG SHELLS IN OUR EGGS. This morning I asked for eggs over easy and runny and they gave me scrambled eggs. This is not good service. My niece and I went in to eat the other day and we never got a refill on our drinks. The breakfast bowls were horrible and that’s why I gave only a buck for a tip. Horrible service
