Nova Joe’s is a drive through restaurant only. My wife and have had their flavored coffee drinks a few times while visiting the area. All the drinks we’ve tried have tasted very good. However, I was a bit disappointed in the espresso shake I had because it wasn’t as thick as I expected a shake to be. We’ll go back again.

My wife and I stopped in for the very first time today. The girl outside was really nice the building was beautiful. The espresso milkshake was perfect. But the sandwich and french fries were not edible. The chicken was over cooked, cold and very dry. The french fries were cold and tasted like paper. We tried to eat it but could not.

The building is beautiful! Me and my man constantly come back for their AMAZING coffees and chicken sandwiches! All of the staff are super nice and very positive no matter what. We love Nova Joes! Theres a shorter girl with short reddish hair, and glasses that we absolutely adore! Always smiling always friendly and helpful!

About a year ago, I emailed the company about constantly upcharging every customer with a large drink without their consent. I never received a reply. For a large family, we thought we were paying a certain price on our meals, but we were being charged extra every time for a large drink when we didn’t even need a large drink. I finally caught on when the numbers weren’t adding up. They made adjustments after my complaint and started asking customers if a medium drink is good. I can deal with that. Ask me before charging me extra. Now, they are back to charging for a large again without asking the customer. I really can’t support a company that will be so sneaky to loyal customers. The first time, I sent a private email. Now, the public needs to know.

This place is the BEST! I love all their drinks and I adore the people who work there. I’m a huge coffee drinker and their specialty drinks are great! My husband and I ground our own coffee at home as well and we buy their whole coffee beans and they are fantastic! Love this place!

I’m wondering who gave less than 5 stars? The chicken sandwiches are the best I’ve ever had. I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere but this restaurant is drive thru only. What can I say? The inside of my car is nice. Just joking around but if you want the best chicken sandwich you’ve ever had, give Nova Joe’s a try, you will be glad you did!
