Classic diner experience! The table setting, the wait staff, the menu was all what I recall from diners I grew up with. In this day & age when it’s harder to find diners, it’s great to find a restaurant still operating in the old diner ways. The food was classic. The wait staff was warm, friendly & welcoming. I’d stop in every time I’m driving thru in the future. I’ve missed the bottomless cup of coffee from yesteryears, too. Keep up the great service!

This place is loved by my elderly family members. The food is OK but not what I like. The wait staff is amazing and spot on. Move forward in time to today June 07 2023. Through the years of visiting here the food has continued to decline in quality. Tonight the fried cheese curds were fried in cold grease; sent them back they were slimy gross. My salad was old with 2 shriveled up cherry tomatoes, 2 old dried out cucumbers and wilted lettuce. Tasted like been in the fridge way too long. My Chilli was cold and did not come with cheese or sour cream like on menu. None of staff knew it was missing. Asked for and they quickly fixed. Tonight Valley Dairy was like at a sad funeral. This place will not survive much longer if it doesn’t up the food quality and improve consistency.

Pretty average place, nothing terrible but nothing special either. Service was quick and the food was good for what it is. The portions were larger than expected, I couldn’t finish my meal and had to get a box. I’ll probably find somewhere else to go next time I’m in the area, but if you just need to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat, this place is fine.
