We arrived 7:15 pm on a Saturday night. We thought it might be closed so I checked the door and they were open until ten. They said they had all the food in the back. There was no food visible in the front. The sandwich my husband ordered, they said they didn’t have ready and they weren’t going to be cooking anymore that night. When we received the fries they were doused in a seasoning and soggy. I ate them anyway and had mashed potatoes with gravy. I got violently sick 3 hours later. It then occurred to me that the food was probably cooked and sitting out for a very long period of time. There were also people sitting around doing nothing just as a prior review stated (however, for the amount of staff that was working, there was not much for them to do). We were the only people at the place and we ate inside. Everyone was nice, however they do not seem to be trained in food safety. I would never recommend anyone eating at this location. The management should look at their customer needs and close after their busy time.

Cajun fillet biscuit was cold and quite chewy. I ordered two Boberry biscuits and was asked to pull forward after paying and receiving my Cajun fillet combo. I then waited for over ten mns in a parking spot while two other vehicles came and went. It is a biscuit with icing poured on it. Now my grandma unfortunately never taught me how to make biscuits; especially ones loaded with imitation blueberries…God rest her sweet soul. Yet I feel if I was in the workers position, roles reversed, It would not have taken me around 17 mns to provide a customer with 2 BoBerry biscuits during peak breakfast hours. If I was not able to, I would have at least informed the customer prior to taking their $ that their sweet tooth will umtimately be the reason that they are late for work that morning. I just feel that would have been a welcomed heads up.

I come this way often but It’s usually on business and I rarely stop for fast food. However, today was one of those days in which my sister, aunts, & myself decided to stop at Bojangles in Rockingham. We had a looong day as my mother was hospitalized and it took a tole on us as it has been very trying..

We got the the restaurant around 8:30 and the dining room was closed. No problem. I couldn’t get the app to work so I got on line at the drive thru. BIG mistake. The car in front of me took forever and I couldn’t leave because of the curb and the car behind me. The people in front finally pulled up and the girl at thru asked us to wait. After about 5 minutes I said forget it and left. The car in front was gone and two girls were standing outside the restaurant not doing anything.

I went in to Bojangles to get a chicken sandwich combo and the total was just under $10.00. When I got my meal the frys were warm. They tasted old and stale so I asked for some fresh frys. The cashier rolled her eyes and I sat down. A plesant young lady brought out a bag to me and it had the same frys in it. Still warm and stale.

The food was pretty good. My chicken was not the freshest but it was still edible. Biscuits were over cooked and hard but the dirty rice, and pintos were great. Service was not exceptional but tolerable. These days it is hard to find fast food places with decent help. Good luck.

Came to the drive thru tonight, ordered two supreme combos and was served raw chicken supreme. I called and spoke with the manager, which I drove back to the restaurant for them to correct the order… The manager fixed the problem, but I was very disappointed initially…
