This location has gone down hill the last couple of years…it used to be our go to. Every once in a while we will attempt and service and quality is always sub par…tonight was our worse experience yet. I honestly only ordered here because all the other options were too busy. We ordered at 5:33…estimated completion was 5:58-6:04 if I recall correctly…my husband went at 6 to pick up. It was so chaotic. The workers were visibly upset and stressed. There were a bunch of people waiting for their pizza. Workers were yelling at each other, cussing, slamming things and it even sounded like someone went to the back and punched something. We finally got the pizza at 6:55….that’s almost an hour after promised and my husband had to sit there for an hour. We got the wrong order. We ordered one regular crust, 1 thin crust, spinach and feta stuffed bread and cinnamon twists….we got 2 thin crusts and someone else’s mushroom and pepperoni pizza…and regular cheesy bread, no cinnamon twists…but we got the icing! Yes, he could have checked but he was ready to get out of there. The pizza was cold- despite being told multiple times it wasn’t ready when he asked…it’s all so frustrating. I completely understand being short staffed and stressed but the leadership at this store and whoever is above them needs to step up and help out when these situations arise and create a better environment for the employees and customers. The employees also need to learn to handle a crisis and the app needs to be updated with accurate wait times..

We ordered pizza here tonight. We arrived for carry out where they proceeded to leave it under the warmer for 30 minutes, making us wait before giving us our pizza all because they wouldnt look at the name on the box. The pizza was then dry and hardly warm when we received it. Definitely not impressed with the customer service. Did not even receive an apology.

Ordered a pick up order and waited the 30 minutes recommended time to show up and when I arrived the entire computer system was down. It was chaotic to say the least. I understand computer systems going down but the way the customers were treated was ridiculous. The young lady barking out orders at the staff and ignoring the 8 customers standing there waiting was atrocious. If your the owner or manager, train your staff to actually be able to deal with crisis and customers. The ovens were working, the staff was there cooking, go old school and actually take someones order with a PEN! What a concept!!

I ordered and it showed my pizza was showing status of quality check. Another 25 minutes, still quality check. I called, was told they only had one driver but promised my pizza would taste fresh. At an hour, I checked and it said pizza was being baked. I called and they said to make sure my pizza was fresh they re-baked a fresh one & delivery shortly. My pizza arrived shortly. It was fresh, delicious, & excellent. I’ve experienced this since moving from overseas back to the US since Dec. Shortage of staff. I can be flexible and the manager kept me on informed. I just moved here and will support her store.

Ordered the pizza around 8:30pm. Said it’d take 43-53 minutes. The pizza sat in “quality check” for over an hour. Don’t know what was being “quality checked” for a freaking hour. The pizza was not all that great to begin with. The pizza finally arrived shortly after 10pm. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AGAIN.

These guys did such a great job with my order! The store is super clean, all the associates were very friendly, and I noticed that they answer their phone, which is a big step up from some other places who are just too swamped. Great staff here, and delicious no cheese veggie pizza!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. When I placed my order online for pick up. The app said it would be ready at the time I arrived. I sent my son in to grab the order that was paid online and waited almost 10 mins to which he hadn’t returned to the car. So I wen inside to see what was taking so long. When greeted and asked what order I was waiting on. The rude Manager stated my order was being refired due to their incompetence of leaving my parm bites off. She was rude and obnoxious and very condescending. When I asked if there was a person who was a GM or higher Keith Fisher emerged and needless to say he was one of the people making the pizzas. I would highly recommend that if you have to order pizza that you use another establishment to get pizzas from. There is a saying that you get what you pay for. This place is ran by incompetent management and have below standard practices. The only bright and shining employee in the building was the lady whom ran down the GM who witnessed the disgusting Manager who was very rude pointed the coward out to take our complaint. His name is Keith Fisher. Pay a little more and get Pizzahut. It’s worth the money and quality that this place is obviously missing!
