This place is hands down the best overall breakfast spots in the area! I challenge anyone to tell me otherwise. If you haven’t been here yet then your missing out. This place delivers from the moment you walk in. The coffee hits with their White Chocolate. You can tell the barista enjoys what he does. Each drink is made with passion and you tell by the way it tastes. Not a lot of space on the inside but the wait wasn’t bad. It’s worth it!

Wow! This was our first trip to Bistrology and we had not heard much about it except for photos and reviews online. Glad to be able to personally review it. Even though we had a 25 minute wait at noon on a Saturday, the experience was well worth the wait. Stephanie was our server and we told her it was our first visit. We had already looked at the menu so we knew what we wanted. I watched her make my Caramel ice coffee, and it was an almost 5 minute process. Our food came out hot and gorgeous. Plating was beautiful and only exceeded by the taste. The chicken and waffles had a little heat to the chicken from a Buffalo type sauce. Just enough to add some tang to it. The pork truffle mayo sandwich was also delicious. The potatoes as a side were perfectly, freshly cooked. Just a little crisp on the outside but soft and creamy in the middle. The serving size was large. We both took half of our food home and will enjoy again for supper. A fabulous brunch meal with specialty coffees for under $50 before tip. We will be back, soon!

We decided to try this new place when it was always packed every time we drove by and we were so glad we stopped. The food was fabulous. Huge sizes. Great menu. Something for everyone. Interesting combinations. We kept watching when new dishes were being delivered to other tables.

We had a fantastic experience today at Bistrology! They don’t take reservations so we did wait around 40 minutes. The food was incredibly flavorful and beautiful presentation. Nice portion sizes too. My husband had the chorizo omelette and I had bacon stuffed croissant. Everything was fantastic.

My daughter was trying for weeks to get me to take her here, and I’m glad that we went. The atmosphere is great. The staff is very friendly. The food is very delicious and as close to Europe as one can get in this “redneck” part of Florida. The simplest way to describe this place is “Culinary Art”.
