I understand the difference of being rude and just being honest but the cashier must have not. Like every person waits their turn in line to say their order I did the same thing but I was on my break and wanted to get some people and I politely went to the front and ask if it was okay for me to get something quick before my lunch break was over. The person who was taking the order said “that’s unfair for everyone else since you’re cutting” I would never cut someone just cause and when I told her I work there and my break was almost over and wouldn’t have enough time she said “I don’t care”. I don’t know what was going on with her or she needs to be put in check or what but it’s not my fault she works flipping burgers and stuff. I politely wanted to speak to the manager as a customer when all I said that I didn’t appreciate the way Melissa (btw her name is) was talking to me because that was so uncalled for. The manger than proceeded to say “then don’t come back” when he had also been giggling and stuff with her like what’s so funny. If they weren’t too busy trying to be funny why couldn’t they say something to my face when they’re the “adults” so immature.

I’m not sure if one the male cashiers was picked up off a sidewalk and got this job or something but he didn’t look like he wanted to be there, nor did he have basic communication skills or human decency. Ultimately felt sorry that he has to live with that much discontent. Management could do him a favor and have him flip the patties since it’s a less competent position. Help your workers. Please.

No different from the McDonald’s in this mall. They basically don’t participate in any promos/deals/coupons so you end up paying more than usual. I’d recommend just going to a different Burger King instead. 2 stars instead of 1 since they did participate in one deal before (but not anymore).

Have eaten here multiple times and the burgers have consistently been barely warm, flavorless and the buns dry. Not sure how they are making them but do not appear to be made fresh as typically done at a standard Burger King.
