Stopped in here to get lunch, and I was not disappointed! From the service to the food and all in between, it was really great! I walked in and I shortly had my order placed, it didn’t take too long and I had my meal. That’s when it got good! That brisket was absolutely delicious! Actually everything was great! The hot BBQ sauce had a really good flavor. I believe the baked beans had some pieces of jalapeno in it which actually made the flavor delectable. I would definitely consider stopping in again if I was close by! Thanks guys!

We stopped in here on the way home from looking at the leaves along Skyline Drive. I had the ribs and my girl had the pulled pork. The sides were wonderful, with the baked beans being tangy with a little bit of spice. I found the ribs to be a bit dry and over cooked, but the pulled pork was delicious. The rolls were very soft and pillowy. We will keep the Pig and Steak on our radar foe when we are passing through again in the future.

Down home place to get delicious BBQ pulled pork and beef brisket. Many other non BBQ items to choose from if that’s not your thing. Friendly and swift service. Our food arrived very quickly but they weren’t busy either.

We went here for the first time on June 22, 2023 and got take out. We got 1 lb pulled pork and one pint mac n cheese. The pulled pork was pretty good and the mac and cheese was just ok.

Don’t know how many times I have driven by Pig N Steak but never again. Bbq pork was top notch and Cole slaw and Mac n cheese about best I have ever had. Looking forward to bbq beef and brisket on next trips

A bit of a mixed review for the meal. Positives: neat place, friendly staff, I liked the chicken sandwich and baked beans. Slight misses: large hush puppies that were a bit dry, collards could use a little more seasoning. I’d be curious to try some of the other items.

I was craving bbq and collard greens and was not disappointed. I thought the Mac and cheese was kinda bland but the collards and bbq were out of this world. The portions were big enough I couldn’t finish it all.

Very casual with old fashioned decor. Varied menu with specials. We go weekly for beer and burgers. Lots of parking and you can stroll through Madison after filling up.

Went to this location based off of a friend’s advice. With a party. I ordered the burger it was actually not bad. Had a good decent flavor. Was also juicy. My friend ordered the steak . He wasn’t too satisfied. The stake looked very appealing but, my friend said “it was lacking”. More likely it’s because he works in a steakhouse in our local area. I’m sure if he asked they probably would have redone it. He was being polite. Since the hostess was friendly.
