Service is terrible here. Came here off and on for years because of kids (convenience). Wait time to get seated or even acknowledged is poor. Most of the waitress staff seem in a bad mood and new to the industry or just undertrained. Food is slow to come out. When it does, waiting for the waitress to check on us is non existent. Now waiting about 10 minutes after our meal and still waiting for our check or even an acknowledgement. Ice cream? No way, that would take too long. While I still wait for my check, I see other customers wait just to pay their tab for no less than 10 min while new customers stand and wait to be seated. I’m counting 12 tables with customers right now. They are not that busy and seem to struggle with trying to keep up. Maybe a management change and employee training could benefit this location.

Love it! Yummy food! But the only thing is back in January,I came here with my mom my brother and his friend and after lunch I started getting a stomachache and then got sick so to be on the safe side,I’ll just watch what I eat and lay off here for awhile but great place!!!! And also one of the waitresses here constantly checks in on you! And that’s a good thing. I guess it is a waitress/waiter’s job to walk around and check in on you every now and then! I always get the cheese quesadilla with Shirley Temple and mozzarella sticks as an appetizer! Ice cream is yummy! Very courteous staff and nice atmosphere! Will come back again but I don’t know when.Shout out to everyone! ❤️ yum yum yum! Delicious meal courses and desserts! so glad they offer healthy choices and they make you feel like guest of the day/special when they sing happy birthday not enough I can say about this!

This is a great Friendlys located directly in the Neshimany Mall. The service and staff are great, and the food is excellent. Its busy during the weekend. There may be a wait, but not too long. Fairly reasonable in price. Facilities are clean, and well lite. Good time for families, and don’t forget to stay for dessert.

So sad. Are there any friendly’s restaurants anymore that are any good? I can see why so many have clothes in my area as the quality consistently has declined for many years. I had hoped this one in the mall would be different. I ordered the grilled cheese tomato soup combo the grilled cheese had barely any butter on it or toast marks very disappointing and the tomato bisque soup although tasty was at best lukewarm on top yet pretty scalding on the bottom.

We arrived 4.30pm July 7 2019 and ordered ice cream sunday and milk shake. We waited about 15minutes. We heard laughing and big crashing sound behind in the kitchen. Waitress came out gave us the ice cream order and gave us the check without us touching our order. We felt like they wanted us out? When I walked up to pay they had no change for a 20 dollar bill? Something changed here. I am not coming back.

Stood in line for 10 mins to be seated with my 3 year old nephew, the family in front of me 15 mins…it was not overly busy…5 waitresses looked at the line that was growing and did not even acknowledge that there were customers waiting to be seated in the at least 12 empty tables available…
