Pizza ordered through app at 6:17 pm. The app reported that arrival would be approximately 34-40 min. Called Domino’s around 7 to check the progress; staff says they have to wait on delivery driver ro arrive for pickup. I gave more grace, but by 7:30 I just called to change order to carry out. I only got it because I had already told my kids pizza was on the way. They should have just stopped delivery for the night of they could not accommodate customer’s orders.

We order here at least 4×s a week. The young man who answered couldn’t get my address correct. She answered saying what is it you want? I exsplained t why i asked for a manager. I assumed he was in traing. She replied dont demeanor her employee. I said i wasn’t. She replied you saying he maybe in training is insulting his intelligence. She was real nasty about it. I hung up on her. So I will never order from here again. Customer service is horrible at this location. Maybe Shack should start QAing these stores. I hate Domino’s and Mario’s but atleast you don’t get this attitude or responces.. so I will no longer order from this store. I’m only one person but the reviews says it all. Corporate can call me . But I will be calling them Monday. And no I don’t want a free pizza period.

Saturday nights have been rough the last couple of times I ordered but this time was the last straw. I’m never going back. I ordered my pizzas at 8pm. My order was supposed to be ready at about 9:15. It wasn’t ready until 11:08! If you can’t handle the volume of orders stop taking them. There were 2 people in there doing their best, no point going off on them, but this is the last time.

Called in a delivery order tonight around 10:50, they said it would be here in 33 minutes and it was. However, pasta wasn’t cooked AT ALL. Raw mushrooms and wasn’t even warm. Pizza was cold and was put together from old random pieces bc it didn’t fit together and was scattered in box with one pasta shell in the middle. So, we drove to the store and the door was locked with light off 20 minutes before closing time. We knocked and finally a lady came out and said she just got to work (at closing time) and she didn’t know what happened. She let us inside, just opened drawer and gave us cash back. After reading all these reviews, this place needs to be shut down. This isn’t a real business.

Not a great first time experience here. I placed an order online at 8:41 pm. I got a confirmation email stating it would take 45-55 minutes and that I could track my order online. After about 60 minutes my order was still stuck on the “prepping” stage so I tried calling the store. I called twice and waited with their automated “hold” system for 15 minutes each. By now it’d been 90 minutes. I was frustrated and getting annoyed. My 3rd call was picked up by someone who did not seem to have any idea what was going on. I can only describe the conversation as “odd”. He seemed shocked that I was irritated at the situation and when he pulled up my order, it had apparently not even been started 90 minutes in. When I asked how long it would be he told me I should just come pick it up myself. This was frustrating to hear and I understand being understaffed but dominos shouldn’t take new orders if you’re this backed up. It just feels like a slap in the face to tell me to drive to the store after I’ve waited 2 hours and paid delivery fees. I asked to cancel my order of course but at this point it was after 10pm and I could no longer order food elsewhere for my family. Lack of communication and the inability to get in touch with the store is the biggest reason I am so frustrated with this situation. If you pay and the store won’t answer calls there is absolutely nothing you can do. I just didn’t feel like this was handled properly at all. I’m sure the employees were trying their best but there is a disconnect here in the ordering process and it’s just not right. I don’t usually leave one star reviews but this situation was uneccsarily stressful and left me with a bad impression of Dominos.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location but I had problems twice within a month… first the driver shows up 2 hours late with a $28 order and all we have is $40 and he has no change??? First if all I’m not tipping $12 on a $28 order… secondly your 2 hrs late third… your a delivery man and you don’t have change to get tips saying I haven’t gotten any tips… then yesterday… our order was left on the porch… no knock… no ring of the door bell and guess what ants got into our food !!! Fix it DOMINOS

I haven’t had any bad pizza from here. Typical Domino’s standards. Sometimes the pizza takes a while to get here ,but that is expected with no one wanting to work and being short staffed. I don’t mind waiting a little extra having my pizza brought to me so I don’t have to leave the house again after getting home from work. The communication could be a little better, but overall a good place

They deserve zero stars. The last time I ordered online it took 2 hrs for delivery. I gave them a second chance and it was over 2 hrs. Never again. They don’t pick up their store phone either.

This restaurant is SUPER close to my house and they are HORRIBLE! They consistently mess up orders, they are SUPER slow, and they often cancel your order after you’ve waited HOURS for your food. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but now I see why my family always prefers Pizza Hut.
