Service was extremely slow. For 6 wings, they told us 10 mins and it was 20 mins (ordered at 2:30p). Probably because they fry the wings when frozen and not thawed out. Not sure what they would do on a busy day. Besides the wait, the cashier was very kind. The food…I would rate 7 out of 10. The hot honey sauce tasted like watered down red pepper sauce. The wings were decent size but average. The french fries were a little soggy. For such a long wait, I would expect hot crispy fries. Overall this is yet another average wing joint. Not great, not bad, but acceptable.

My ONLY issue with this place is that they are NEVER open ON TIME! I literally come here just for the Philly combo or Honey Hot Wings. I work Monday-Friday so by the time I’m off, this place is closed and on top of that they close early so people who want to purchase around the last hour can’t at all and that’s horrible. If you close at 6 then CLOSE at 6! Not 5:30 or sooner!! And if the LAST customer order runs a little over 6 then OH…WELL! That’s the sacrifice of working for a business; a FOOD business at that!! You’re not ALWAYS going to leave on time! When I come on Saturdays to order, this place NEVER opens ON TIME! It’s bad enough they are THE LAST out of EVERYONE ELSE in the food court to open. It’s just annoying at this point! This mall opens at 11am and the fact I have to wait an hour and a half…OR LONGER for workers to show up and do their job is ridiculous! I feel the owner needs to find reliable workers who can come to work on time and want to service the customer(s)! Not coming to work on time to open, closing early, not smiling and thanking the customer who spent their money on your food, and long wait times is just unprofessional!! Management, do better!!

My daughter and I went to University Mall on 5/12/22, I purchased 30 wings, with Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parm……… The wings were very vainy and had black stuff inside every piece of chicken, I placed them in the oven thinking they were under cooked(fried). It’s like they were fried while frozen….. Right now it’s 5:12am on Friday 5/13/22, me and my daughter stomach has been in pain and we been both on the toilet back and forth all night…. the wings were the only and last thing we ate yesterday…. I paid over $30 for wings that we were unable to finish because of the way they looked, and obviously can’t finish because of the way they made us feel after consuming them. I’m very unpleased about this.

Had to give 1 star to write review…Worst experience ever. Jasmine the cashier casually laying on the counter. I placed my order at 7:29pm at 7:50 still not ready. I asked for a refund and manager. They dont do refunds and no manager.A cook or another cashier came from the back and asked my ticket number. Then said 5 minutes i will have it ready. 8pm she comes out with the wings and says..I HOPE U CAN ENJOY THEM..This was HORRIBLE…JASMINE P I KEPT MY TICKET I WILL MAKE MY COMPLAINT MONDAY MORNING..

I was hungry and I don’t care for Chinese food. This is the ONLY reason I ordered from this place. Food was hot but tasteless.. fries could have had some salt on it. Also the bbq sauce taste like ummm steak sauce … I would never come back tbh. I love fries of any place but geez

Hillsborough County Restaurant Inspection needs to take a deeper look at this place! They served my meal with a receipt on top of the food, when asked to remake the meal (which originally took 15 minutes); the food was re-made in 4 minutes. All they did was wait a while and brought out the same dish!

I went there yesterday and tried it for the first time and the wings are really good all the way cooked through i tried the shrimp it was really amazing and the fries are good to the beverage i had was fruit punch i believe it was Homemade and i loved it i really recommend this place alot.
