The food is not consistent. Last pizza I got from here was not the best and did not look like a Papa John’s pizza. I have reached out to the company to inquire about the quality or the lack thereof and have not heard back. Not sure if it’s just this location or Papa John’s everywhere that has a decrease in the quality of what they are serving customers.

I ordered spicy buffalo wings. It is like they just poured a tiny amount of sauce on them right before they went out the door. It should have been placed in a bowl and tossed to cover the entire wings. Majority of wings had no sauce and underside had no sauce at all. Very disappointed and a total waste of money. It seems they were just being lazy to send food out that way. Papa John’s is usually our go to but not anymore.

It’s a hit or miss. I’ve ordered from this location many times over the last 4 years. Sometimes it’s good. Then I get bubbly bread and sloppy toppings. 50% of the time. Papa Johns isn’t the same.

I loved it loved it loved it loved it I loved it. The food, delivery time, food, special note for the driver to knock on door because of the rain. You know, contactless delivery where they should put food on pedestal on your front porch/door. The pizza arrived in a timely manner and a knock on the door. Gracias.

I basically order from here because it’s close and none of the papa johns in the area have good reviews. I keep coming back just because I like papa John’s pizza better than Pizza Hut, but last time I ordered from this location I got the saddest pizzas ever. There’s only cheese on the center of the pizza and I was left wondering who took this out of the oven and said, “Yes, this will show our quality and consistency.”

I ordered my pizza and it was supposed to arrive between 5:36pm and 5:46pm. It showed up at 6:11pm. I already knew this was an extremely bad sign. The driver gave it to me and ran as fast as he could. I opened it and the pizza is burnt, cold and hard. I will never recommend Papa John’s to anyone ever again. This is absolutely horrible. Now I have to go out and spend more money to get other food. I want a refund. Worst part is, I’m always extremely generous with the tip for the drivers. $8-$12 tip depending on my order. Horrible, just horrible. Now I have to throw this away. When I contacted them and said I wanted a refund, they refused. Horrible customer service.

I will NEVER order from this location ever again. I spent $70 on pizza/sides & only received half of my order. I called twice about my missing items. Over 2 hours later, my remaining items have not been delivered. Upon the initial delivery, the delivery driver assured me everything was there, but it was not. The pizzas were also cold when they arrived.

Can for sure tell they are using Door Dash. Pizza arrived not hot, and the cheese bread was for sure sitting for a good while. Order took over an hour and 20 minutes to get to me after placing it. roughly 35 minutes late.
