First off, it is stunning in person! Runway Cafe is aviation-themed from the decor down to its menu. Pilot-friendly, kid-friendly, everyone-friendly type of atmosphere. And, it has a wonderful view of the nearby Greenville Downtown Airport runway so you can watch the planes takeoff while enjoying your meal.

First time coming here and I must truly say, I had a blast!!! me and my daughter came to do something different and we truly enjoyed the good, the fries were really good, and the burger was perfect, we will definitely be back. Enjoyed the bonus of watching the planes come and go.

My son and I decided to eat there for dinner since we were next door at mini golf. I had fish with grits and it was delicious. The lady, I believe the manager, was so nice and friendly. One of the cooks came out of the back and gave us a slice of pie she made. It was her grandmother’s recipe. The lady was so nice too. Great folks! The folks are so nice and welcoming. We will defiantly come back soon. Thank you for providing a great place to relax while enjoying some great food. Thank you!

So proud to have watched this gem transform! We have always loved Runway Cafe. My grandfather has flown out of there for many many years! So to see how they’ve progressed, makes us so happy for them. Their food is delicious, staff beyond friendly, I love the outside option, & how kind they have always been with our children. My sons LOVE airplanes because of their granddad, so I’d say this is probably their favorite place to eat. Beautiful remodel & delicious revamp of your menu. I like supporting local businesses and restaurants. The food is decent. The service is awful. They very obviously don’t like kids. Did I mention it was obvious they don’t like kids? The waitstaff is incredibly rude. It’s too bad, because the food is good. When you have a restaurant next to a park… you might consider not blatantly disliking children and the parents who bring said kids to your restaurant. I won’t go there again.

Excellent cafe with good food and great staff. Clean and friendly. I attend a number of events here and it’s a great place for a meeting or event. I also just enjoy coming here, getting a burger and watching the kids play on the playground. Ten percent discount if you fly your plane in here.
