Came a little while back when they first opened. I had heard a lot of Rai’s but hadn’t taken the time to go. I just happened to be at the Ice House and decided to stop in. The staff is so friendly and nice. Miss Rai herself talked me through the different soda’s they had when she noticed I had trouble deciding since I didn’t recognize the brand. Food came out quickly and every bite was so delicious! I don’t even eat the crust to pizza but the crust was one of the best parts! Love everything about this place and the people that run it!

To say that my appetite was ruined it’s like nothing , first cooks don’t wear gloves , which when I asked why the cashier responded that they “constantly wash hands” , since I had no time to wait another order somewhere else , I still took my order , which was pizza and chicken wings, came home , I decided not to eat pizza since I seen they don’t handle it with gloves while seasoning and cutting, was hoping wings should be safe , and first wing had a white thick probably dog hair, almost 2 inches long , gross , it’s ok if I just wasted money and time, hopefully I don’t get food poisoning, praying for that.

The Pie could have been hot, or close to it. The quality was not good and rather disappointing. We might try again, but maybe is definitely a strong word when I consider this restaurant. For a establishment that is only 15 minutes from my work, I was expecting a better quality of pie, but being from NYC and having pies from restaurants up there, I guess I was expecting something decent, but in the end, was rather lackluster at best.

Very disappointed. I ordered a “Hawaiian” 18’’ pizza. It was paper thin with almost no toppings, about 5 pieces of pineapple and 2 tiny pieces of ham.
