The cleanliness of this store is disgusting. They insist you use their kiosk to order but the greasy, covid handprints are so bad you dont want to touch it. Just like the floors in the pictures. The shear laziness of the staff to not actually clean the floors but yet put a “wet” floor sign out is ridiculous. Its not wet, thats grease they track in and out of the kitchen. For days its been like this. You can obviously see how long it’s been with the outside grease tracking on the pavement. The staff cleanliness isnt the best either. Their shirts are stained with grease and food residue. It explains the floor and Kiosks cleanliness. These are the same folks who wanted to get paided more money for the same, well looks like less, work nowadays. Truly shameful to call a professional workplace. Do better

Just placed a mobile order leaving Bath Iron works headed to Portland. Not familiar with the area so I didn’t know there was 2 locations close by. I thought I placed the order for Pleasant St in Brunswick but it went to Gurnet Road. Upon my arrival in brunswick I realized it was on a different road than my GPS was telling me I was on so I figured it must be wrong mcdonalds. Put in a mobile order for 2 happy meals and a large oreo Frappuccino. I waited almost 15 minutes for my mobile order. I saw drive thru customers being parked and orders brought out prior to receiving my order. I ended up having to take my little ones inside to get my order which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. When I was inside the manager was up front packing orders and heard me complaining but let the crew member handle the situation which in my opinion in unprofessional. Managers should handle customers complaints not crew members. This is not my first time experiencing similar situations at this specific location location. Worst location and I would NOT recommend the cooks corner location to anyone. If I could give a zero star review I would.
