Never ordering from here again. The quality and service has gone downhill FAST. The last order I will ever place here was late, missing ALL the wings I paid for, and was delivered by doordash so they can act like it’s not the store’s fault. I’m done with this once great location. And I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for the missing items.

On Dec 10,2022 I did an online order for boneless chicken, 2 fries, and 1 large pizza, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños. What we received was 1 large pizza covered in pineapples and jalapeño’s, chicken and fries. I called and asked for just a cheese pizza for my 5yo granddaughter. I GOT 1/2 PEP., PINE, AND JALAPENOS!!! How hard is it to do your job?!?! I will NEVER use this location again!!!! and I tipped the driver 10$ the 1st, the guy had the nerve to stand there and expect another tip the 2nd time! Im retired military and I cannot tell you how pathetic this looks!

Can NEVER get all of your order they are always missing something. Also never have drivers so you have to wait for doordash and that can take an hour or more just for delivery.

Picked up pizza for a neighbor they were super nice had it ready within minutes of me telling them who I was picking up for. They always have great tasting Pizza. I prefer their pizza over any other chain in the area. I wish we had more of them!

Pizza was hot this time and was delivered in less than 30 minutes even though I was told it would be 45 minutes to a hour for delivery. The brownies was very tasty and warm. Did a wonderful job this time

For one the customer service was horrible- I stood there at the register and was not acknowledged for at least 7 minutes, I finally asked a delivery driver to help me when they walked in- I paid and ordered online so it was ready with my name on the screen upon my arrival- it wld have taken seconds to help me. To top it, I paid an extra 2.25 for extra cheese. I took a picture of the pizzas- there was clearly no difference. What’s sad is that I asked for one of the pizzas to have “light” cheese- i would assume I’d be able to see the difference between extra cheese and easy cheese- and why couldn’t they just use the extra cheese taken from the other one rather than charge me 2.25?!?! That’s a lot of money considering I didn’t even get extra cheese at all. I’m very unhappy

The whole ordering process was a hassle. The app lags and errors out often. Once I finally got the order placed the eta was over 2 hours. I called the store to make sure that was correct and they said they were understaffed. She offered to switch it to pickup and said it would take 15 mins but i canceled the order instead.

Teach your drivers to care enough to read the addresses on the ticket and be able to deliver your product to the people who ordered the food!!! This the fourth time they have delivered our food at the wrong address…..and it was the last!! No more!
