I’ve ordered from here twice, both times placing my order online. First time I pulled up to the pick up window and sat there for a solid 5 minutes before anyone came over to say anything to me. A mild annoyance but maybe they were busy and trying to catch up on some orders and didn’t notice me there. I thought the food was pretty good and in my opinion decently priced for what you get. I was a little turned off by the greasy bbq sauce hand print on my to go box and they did forget the desert i ordered but i called and they refunded the price of the desert to my card. Not the end of the world. On this more recent visit I didn’t have the same issues with waiting at the window but this time there was twice as many greasy handprints on my to go box and the paper my girlfriends sandwich was wrapped up in was drenched in grease. This really leaves me with the impression that employees don’t care about cleanliness and don’t change their gloves often. Really makes me question the sanitary practices here. Both of our meats were pretty dry and didn’t seem very fresh. Was also pretty disappointed that instead of the advertised texas toast I got a rock solid dinner roll. I’d probably risk another visit if it weren’t for the apparent cleanliness issues. 2.5/5

Moldy buns!!! We ordered ahead and just got our food and discovered at home that two of us had moldy buns. Below is a picture of a green glob of mold we picked off our sandwich. Also, the staff was dressed in pajamas. This combination means we will never eat here again!

First and Foremost I’ve had delivery from there before and it’s been great BUT today ended my thinking about that. A group of us from The Scioto Valley Home Store in Hilliard we’re excited to have some GOOD BBQ on this very summer day. It was LOUSY, meat was leather like in appearance and tough as nails. We were missing items including some sauces. Rolls were hard and nothing tasted good at all. The taco couldn’t be chewed through it was disastrous to say the least. We called to complain the employee Maddie said she couldn’t help us. No manager on duty which explains the poor quality I’m sure. We will never ever give Dickies our business again. We spent over $80 and might as well just flushed it down the proverbial toilet.

We ordered online. Waited for an update to pick up, but after refreshing the screen, it stayed in the queue. Went to the pick up window, and they had it ready. We ordered sliced brisket, but got diced pieces. The brisket was very obviously old (5pm) and some of the edges were so dry it resembled jerky. Too salty for our liking, and we like salty. We come here about once a year, but have been disappointed most of the time. Nice packaging and customer service.

I was blown away by this rustic restaurant and would have no idea it us a chain restaurant! They offer a variety of foods, even Ceasars salad for vegetarians, but also the unusual happens kalbasa that was smoked. The food us great! From the chicken, ribs to kalbasa, sides of mac and cheese to salad or potato salad and they offer drinks in small and large sizes. The barbecue sauces are a variety of sweet, spicy, and original, all with a subtle kick. The look to have great dessert options, but I was too full. The staff was helpful and all worth the money!

First time eating at this place. Brisket sandwhich was awesome (very good) Mac and Cheese is good but the normal Mac and cheese. Reg bbq sauce is really good as well. Customer service was okay they were fast but lack any enthusiasm. Would def come back but the menu is all over the place and can confuse a first timer. So just relax and read or ask that’s what I did. Lol

My coworkers and I just made a large lunch order and we got half the portions we normally do(we are frequent eaters here). The bread in my meal was so hard I cut my mouth on it. The pork was dry I had to dump a lot of sauce on it just to eat it because I’m starving. We also got no utensils or straws. Saddest BBQ I’ve ever had.
