The women who work here are amazing. A creepy man was following me and trying to speak to me as I crossed the street trying to get my food. The women came out and made sure I was ok, helped me calm down and even walked me to my car to make sure he wasn’t still out there. The food is also amazing.

Ordered my food at this location with the correct phone number and they had my food at a different location and couldn’t care less that it was a mistake on their part but I guess they get enough customers to not care awful costumer service used to go here a lot looks like I’ll be going back to Route 22 BBQ never have any issues with them

This is th absolute Worst place , this is the 3rd time my order was short but this time it was the worst. We ordered 2 half combos with rice , beef ribs , and chicken with vegetables on one and salad in the other . And got 8 small pieces of chicken and the salad with vegetables. For $30. When I called to tell me about a mistake they said no no race was asked for and then that they can give me the ribs If I go back to get them and then they have to charge me for the rice. They absolutely never get it right and when you call to tell them it’s wrong it’s our fault. I’m never ordering From there again besides the food isn’t that good anymore anyway used to be a lot better. See photo, this is what I got for $30

The females at the desk are super rude. I told them they forgot my bbq sauce and they told me I never asked for it.. she than hung up on me 3 times instead of trying to come to a resolution.. the food is affordable but the chicken is super dry indicating why I wanted the sauce, I tipped the driver and when I went to the store for the sauce, a lady told me I was making threats and that the cops are up the street.. I told her why would I threaten you guys for bbq sauce.. I’m here to pay for it if have too, I asked for the boss one lady said he’s not coming today, while another lady said he’ll be here in 30 mins.. they don’t care about satisfying the customers and when they forget something in your order they don’t take accountability.. lastly one of the lady’s mentioned she doesn’t care if I give them one star before hanging up while laughing.. once again there chicken is super dry.. make sure you get bbq sauce, In addition there are thugs posted up near the store, they need to fix that.
